Brilliant shop of modellers with N and HO/OO on ground, remote control cars ect in basement and army/ others upstairs. The staff are brilliant and knowledgeable of what they have and what help you. For me the last visit was for a kit, but thanks to everything going on in the world it was out. However staff where able to let me know when it might be in so will be going back when there in as it is a great local shop.

Popped in on the way back down from the cathedral as a promise to an otherwise uncooperative child of mine. Amazed at the range of stocked items, truly an Aladdins cave for the the model enthusiast. Friendly staff helped me choose the best fit for my son and were kind enough to throw a few free figures in. Puts larger stores to shame, shop local! Be proud of your business, may it flourish.

Never knew this place existed, a friend recently bought a modelling set so I popped in to get somw glue for him to do it as walking passed. The place is an absolute treasure trove in all aspects of modelling, there are rooms full everywhere! As a non modeller, I was truly amazed and could of spent a fortune had the wife let me. Staff were very friendly and helpful, toom the time to find the exact kit I had to talk me through exactly what I would need, but did not try to upsell at all. I'm very much an Internet shopper, but would favour going to town and tapping into the knowledge in this shop going forward.

Best model store i have ever found in my life, i am a regular to visit here to purchase my oxford land rovers and i have spent a lot there now, and i still plan to go back for more. If you want anything model based go here first, they are friendly, filled with stock and extremely helpful. A must!

Fantastic shop, a hobbyist modeller like myself can find pretty much anything they need there, from model kits to paints and accessories. Staff are very helpful and willing to look out kits they have in storage and keep them ready for when you next visit, and are good to just have a chat with about modelling. Best model shop I've ever been too.

I loved this place. Sure it is cramped and s there are stairs that are not accessible for some . As a fully abled body person the service is second to none. I found things that I couldn't get in other shops especially of your interested in 1:48 models. I can't praise enough the man on the top floor who was patient and took his time to show us the inside of the kits we were interested in. He also seemed to have a good knowledge about the products. For me this place is five stars! The only reason I rated it down is a.ccessibility but otherwise it's a good place to go with knowledgeable staff . I look forward to coming back.

Very friendly staff, an absolutely massive selection for non wargaming models with a student discount and several reduced to clear options. For those seeking wargaming models the selection is somewhat reduced and the prices are a little higher than other sellers in Lincoln even with the student discount. But for flock and basing accessories this is a great place for cheap restocking, paints and brushes from a variety of brands are also available. The building is very narrow and difficult to navigate however so those with mobility issues please ask the staff for assistance.

A wide selection of products for different types of modellers, from RC to railways to doll's house. However staff don't always have the breadth and depth of knowledge to match the product lineup. Still, worth a visit if you know what you want and can select it without needing in-depth advice.

Lots of model stock for all tastes, there is an amazing range of model railway and accessories. Flying model kits, ready to fly models, and dolls house parts. The list goes on and on. Model cars. The shop fills a hole in the market in Lincoln. After here I would need to go to Newark for the parts I need. Well worth the visit

Don't be deceived by the small shop appearance of the front it has 5 rooms dedicated to hobbies be it dollhouse construction to model boats the helpful staff will make sure you are ok

This shop has got everything that you want diecast, plastic kits, model trains and plenty of other stuff. You can also get your models valued The employees there are amazing people and they are really helpful I would recommend model people to come and have a look

Model shops are now becoming a rare breed these days. I live in Scunthorpe and B & H models is now the closest modelshop to me. They have a good choice of model kits & accessories. However I have to say the staff aren't exactly the friendliest. On entering the shop the older guy ignored my wife & myself with no greeting. Went upstairs to look at the models but when I caught the gaze of the guy sitting up there he quickly looked down & never said anything either. I do like to look around unhindered but what does it hurt for a member of staff just to give a smile & say hello. So perhaps the staff should be trained to be friendly to cutomers as a quick hello never hurt anyone and it also encourages trade.

A large model shop with a huge range of models. A great place to look around and buy model railway items or materials such as 00 locos, rolling stock, balsa, hardwood, paint, glue, Peco building kits, military kits, plane kits, boat kits, Tamaya, Humbrol, Metcalf's models, Hornby etc.

TBH I find the choice incredible for such a small place. Some folks might call it cramped but have you ever been to a shop run by knowledgeable enthusiasts that wasn't? I was really pleased to find items for scratch building plastic all in store and a healthy stock of unboxed 2nd hand diecast vehicles which for me, as a code 3 modeller, is a must. Kits and model railways are not my thing these days but they were as a youngster so I can safely say the available selection of both is worth dragging yourself away from ebay. It seems they repair Locos and Slot Cars too. All in all an Aladdins cave for the experienced modeller and if memory serves me well a journey of wide eyed wonder for a youngster! EDIT I build kits and am building a model railway... I blame this shop!!!

I visited this shop on a visit from Norwich.I found the owners to be very helpful and polite.They readily found a chair for my wife to sit upon whilst I browsed their fantastic array of stock.There is also a lower floor of stock but the staircase to this was wide and non-slip.A good experience,Iwillgo again when I next visit our friends in Louth.There is also about 100yds away in the Stone bow Centre ajolly good cafe called the Tuck Inn.Good food and inexpensive.
