Large well spaced store with huge range of goods and seemingly competitively priced. I went specifically for items in the garden centre which I had been unable to obtain in other stores that used to stock them. B&M prices were cheaper and I found other useful items too. Lady at checkout was efficient and helpful too. I wouldn't definitely go again, thank you.

Who doesn't love a b&m eh, I mean come on there packed with bargains, and this one in particular is good as it has garden area out back too. Very handy place to shop. Wide Isles for wheelchair access. It's in a great location too. Rite in the middle of a shopping complex so there's loads of other places to visit all at the same time.

Lovely shop, under going Seasonal Aisle changes when we visited but staff still knew whereabouts of a specific item I was wanting. Bought the most beautiful flowering dahlia at a very reasonable price from their Garden Centre! Very happy customer.

Went in for cat treats and a very large bag of wild bird seed, very good though the layout of the store still seems a little odd, took a while to find those things as we had gone straight past them. Otherwise great, friendly person on the till, no real issues.

Great prices & good selection when stocked. However, on this occasion there seemed to many empty shelves & many items not priced. Also didn't seem to be very well laid out this time, with categories being dotted around the store instead of in 1 place all together.

This is a fantastic place. Definitely always spend £100 There is stuff you didn’t realise you needed. But stuff you will use. I highly recommend the garden area. There is food, stuff like, Mellow Birds, Ye Olde Oak Ham and Fray Bentos pies. I really rate B&M good place for dog toys. Interior on trend tat. And big canvases of piers stretching out to flat sea. Not my cup of tea but they do do Yorkshire Tea bags. If you’ve never been, go. If you have, you know I’m talking total sense 😊

All stores need more Staff on the Shop Floor to Help Customers find what they are looking For & being Able to Give Advice on Products. The Till Area's are like Cattle Market's, so if you really like Queueing and have time to waste, then this is a Shop for You.

As long as you shop carefully, there are lots of good deals to be found. Staff always helpful (beware those on trial - they are NOT permanent staff) but the regular staff's attitude is great and their product knowledge is usually very good. Happy shopping...

One of the largest B&M stores I've ever visited. Strangely smaller sections of home cleaning and household products compared to smaller stores, but perhaps a wider range of products overall. Free parking up to 3 hours in the car park outside.

Typical B&M store, definitely wider variety than in the B&M off Tritton Road and significantly cleaner. I will say though to double check anything you get in any B&M store for damage or missing parts as it's s trend there.

A Gem of a store! Superb value for money. I saw some Christmas lights that would have cost me twice as much in a well-known High Street store and just the same quality. Get all my wild bird food here plus groceries. Staff are pleasant and helpful and the store itself is immaculate.

I visited here today and the staff were amazing. One young girl was happily chatting and interacting with the queue customers, another young girl was marshalling the door but meeting and greeting customers with a bright and sunny disposition and the staff inside the store were super friendly and helpful. I'd had a disgusting and shocking experience in the Valentine Park store so had left and gone to Deacon Road. When I spoke to the young girl chatting to queuing customers about it, she went out of her way to refer it to her colleague, who must have then referred it to her Manager The store manager took the time to come and find me and apologise on behalf of B&M - even though it wasn't his store that had been rude. The Manager wanted to ensure that we were happy and that all customers are welcome in his store The whole team were so lovely and helpful and the Cashier that served us was up-beat and friendly (Amelia) sadly I didn't get the other two girls names or the manager but they were all brilliant. Restored my faith in B&M. They're a shining example to their colleagues elsewhere and maybe should train the ones in Valentine Park on best practises. Thank you Deacon Road team, I will definitely return to your store in future

It’s a new store but seems disorganised to me as it’s very difficult to find what you want I suppose the idea is that as a customer you have to browse the entire store so you see it all before you find what your looking for But if your in a hurry you won’t do that, I went in couldn’t see what I wanted without looking through the entire store, so went home and ordered it from Amazon
