The staff were so unbelievably helpful. We were served by Tom who in particular was fantastic. We’d left my card at home but he patiently helped us updated all of my details whilst discussing the store. The store offered classes which look great fun.

A picture frame fell off the shelf as I was sifting through the different sizes. Then a few more decided to follow suit. It was embarrassing for me. But within seconds 2 members of staff came straight over to me and asked me if I was okay. They offered to put the picture frames back for me too. They were very concerned for me and very helpful with the mess I'd made. Just wanted to say thank you for making an embarrassing moment okay again.

It's a craft shop stuffed to the rafters with paint , equipment , puzzles , more equipment , I could go on but my thumbs getting bored . It's worth a visit when the crafting bug hits . Take your wallet , imagination and someone to help carry your treasures

If you go there just make sure that others can get past you it is very cramped and even when looking online to see what was instore that was wrong aswel if you like doing craft or things like that making your own things either to sell on or to keep it is a good place to go

This store is my happy place; it boasts products of anything you can think of related to crafting and baking. Products are sturdy and high quality, and you also have the choice between Hobbycraft's own range and other brands. I am the proud owner of many Hobbycraft products and the people around me love the bakes and makes I produce with them. Even if you are a beginner or a master, Hobbycraft will likely have something you still want. The Hobbycraft club is also a fabulous addition, with lots of treats, a student discount and even a £5 voucher on your birthday.

Small storage area is pricey and some items are very reasonable in price, its for everyone and loyalty cards are good Idea. Worth a visit now and then to spark creativity.

If you want a wide range of fairly well priced art and craft items for a new or existing hobby this is a good place to go. They may not stock absolutely everything you want but there's a pretty good chance that they do. Stock is well and attractively placed and there are a number of displayed items to give you an idea of finished products. There are plenty of child friendly products.Its a great place to go and browse but the craft- minded may well come out with rather more items than they intended as there are many opportunities to succumb to temptation! The shop is bright, clean and Covid compliant.The staff are always helpful and friendly.

I would like to make a review for haley at the Lincoln store ...we did an autumn wreath making class today and it was amazing !!! Haley was so nice and taught us really well ..even had a hot drink made when we got there 💜 The colours were amazing for the wreath and the mini pumpkins were so cute !! I'm really chuffed with what I made for my first time making a wreath !! I'd highly recommended there classes 💜 we will be back !!!

Fantastic shop with helpful and friendly staff. They've got so much to look at in here, most of which was very reasonably priced. I think they've got most crafts covered with everything from children's and novices levels right up to the serious advanced levels. It was easy and free to park with good access for wheelchair users too. I'll definitely be going here again and again.

Has a huge variety of great items and no doubt something for everyone. The Fimo Professional Modelling Clay I bought however is not what would normally be though of as "clay". It is actually some form of plastic as can clearly be seen after baking it in the oven, but didn't say that before I had wasted £11.24 on three packs of it. You live and learn!

Visited the Sheffield branch once before and was quite impressed with it, this new store in Lincoln not only seems a lot bigger but has so much more available than I remember. They stock something for pretty much any craft I can think of and the prices are extremely reasonable for a chain store. Well worth a visit

First visit to this shop it used to be American Golf. Not sure how long it has been open, but it was very clean and well laid out. The selection for different types of hobbies was extensive. The prices were keen and the staff very helpful. Well worth a visit.

Only recently found this one-stop-shop for all things craft work, and on entering its well laid out and amply stacked shelves we soon found what we had come to look for. The aisles are wide to navigate round explorers who have stopped to investigate exciting profferings and, once found, there's plenty of choice to select from.

Plenty of choice although I couldn't find the right knife for my hobby, nor the book I was looking for 'how to hide a dead body'. But I did manage to walk out with a roll of canvas and masking tape. Only a stone throw from The Range where I was able to buy a shovel and grass seed.

Quite honestly I am a bit shocked at the prices here. I had never noticed before. But going into the Range and finding thing £2 or £3 cheaper for the same product simply astounds me. I've always loved Hobbycraft, but now I only go there if I really need to. Plenty of parking though and it's near Asda Living, Next and a host of other shops in the same area.

Wow, wow, wow!! Visited the new Store on the Grand opening day and was VERY impressed! The layout is good with easy to navigate departments to find exactly what you need, with a fantastic variety of products. The staff are all lovely and very efficient! Although the store was incredibly busy (around 200+ people waiting praise before opening), the queuing process was quick and the staff weren’t rushing or abrasive and kept calm with a smile, despite the volume of people piling in. It was nice to be served by friendly staff for once, which is a welcome change from most nearby retailers. In the past we’ve bought the same products we got today from Asda or The Range on the same park and they were far more exspensive than Hobbycraft. We saved £20 on like for like party products (ie helium canisters). VERY impressed and will defiantly be recommending to friends and family! Great prices and lovely staff 😊

Today was a bit of a let down. One member of staff was really helpful and friendly. The till staff were slow and didn't ask for help when the queue grew but they just ignored the waiting customers and didn't even apologise for the delay in getting served.

It's nice to have a Hobbycraft in Lincoln but to be honest I would still visit Nottingham's if I needed anything. They have a bit of everything in Lincoln, but it really is only a bit- the choices are rather shallow and there isn't a lot of anything as they're trying to make room for everything. You get the feeling that the shop just isn't big enough (Nottingham's is much bigger as it's over 2 floors!). The aisles are also very narrow- I wouldn't want to try and navigate a wheelchair around this shop!

The same treasure trove for creatives as can be found in many towns and cities. Lots of kit for a wide range of activities and hobbies. Aisles could be a bit wider, but there is no faulting the range of stock. Look out for occasional bargains, too.

It's a typical hobbycraft store. Over priced in many areas and the Lincoln store in particular suffers from being a little on the small side compared with stores such as Sheffield so the choice is more limited. I got to hobby craft when I have an emergency craft need. Any other time I would order online as it is much cheaper and more choice but Lincoln has closed down all it's other craft stores so this is the only choice if you need something a bit quick.
