I ordered a Sheen 300x and it didn't work (which is really unusual as its a great bit of kit). Mower magic responded super quick and even got the manufacture involved. I was given a few tests to do and its still didn't work. They sent a new one out straight away and I was really impressed with the service. Will use them again!

I have today taken delivery of A SHERPA LEAF VACUUM from Mower Magic and although described as 'ex-display' (and priced accordingly), having just unpacked it, it is in 100% perfect and unmarked condition. Very happy indeed - A big Thank You to the Team at Mower Magic.

Ordered a Sigma from Mowermagic via their website as it was listed as available. Sam responded straight away saying that it was on back order and they didn't have any in stock. I agreed to wait and took delivery today. Was never told it was pallet delivery, it took over an hour for the item to unloaded due to poor loading by the courier. Had to return from work as it was left roadside on the pallet. Having contacted Sam, some queries have been dealt with although the tone was rather abrupt. As for the delivery with their courier the response was that it was out of their hands, despite it being their responsibility (NOT HELPFUL AT ALL) Customer Service Training is clearly needed with some of the other reviews noted.

Went in to get my Bosch hedge trimmer sharpened, however they advised me that they did not do the bosch trimmer has when they take it apart everything falls apart, so I ask about a petrol trimmer, to which I got a reply why petrol, I said I have always had electric, so he took me over to the battery ones informed me how they work and advised that's the way to go, so I decided to purchase one, have used it twice first time I cut 50% of my bushes which were quite a lot, after checking the battery I had used just 25% of the battery life, put it back on charge within one hour it was fully charged. Two days later I cut the other 50% , so garden looks fine now, again it only used 25%. Battery, so would certainly recommend the battery hedge trimmer, thinking of changing my petrol mower for a battery one, however they are out of stock awaiting stock to arrive will sort swapping it as soon as they come in, much easier that trying to start petrol mower, found staff very noligoble and very helpful, would certainly recommend mower magic

Great business that sells very good products. In lockdown I bought a Ego battery powered lawn mower and Stiga hedge trimmer/chain saw. All products have been amazing and when I had an issue with the chain saw the staff helped me in a heart beat. Battery power is the future. More recently I got a strimmer and it's convenient that the batteries from my lawn mower work with the strimmer. Again staff fantastic at helping. Pricing wise they are competitive and in line with other retailers. The difference with this firm is the expertise and knowledge of the staff. Certainly I wouldn't go elsewhere for garden machinery.

I ordered a Toro 40v hedge trimmer with battery and charger + a spare reconditioned battery. These were priced (in my mind)very competitively. After ordering I received an order confirmation, then only two days later I was told they had been dispatched and were delivered by, in my opinion one of the courier companies out there, DPD. Everything was in perfect condition and well packaged. All in all, It was a very pleasing transaction. I will most certainly be ordering from Mower Magic again. Thank you.

Wonderful service from Mower Magic! We recently ordered a Webb ER40 Electric Lawnmower - 40cm / 1800w on a Monday and it arrived two days later on the Wednesday! Mower Magic had the best price and we are really pleased with our choice. We'd never had a Webb lawnmower before but liked the look of it and we are very glad we chose it. Ordered a deck for my old Flymo XL500 after much internet searching to find one at a reasonable price - this is an expensive item and I didn't want to pay as much as a new smaller mower would cost. Mower Magic had the correct Flymo item at a very sensible price and delivered promptly by DPD, with plenty of updates, direct to my door. For me this was excellent service !

My Robomow robot mower, purchased in 2019, failed to charge at the start of this season. Although the mower was out of warranty, Mower Magic responded very quickly to my email and offered to replace the faulty part (power adapter) and posted it with next day receipt. A bit of positive feedback. I found the website on-line and ordered a battery for my lawn mower. Delivery was fine as was the battery. However, it turned out to be the wrong type (my error). I thought I would have more than a little difficulty returning it or getting a refund. Fantastic customer service in relation to a product I bought from them 2 years ago (only purchase). Great service. Ordered a new carburetor for a Ryobi strimmer, and some new gaskets. Arrived promptly. Fitted and all was well. The next use, a week or two later. It would start but not rev. It just cut out. Without issue a replacement carb was sent. Fitted and all well again. Thanks again to Ronnie. Great customer service. Definitely recommend.

Find Mower Magic great for finding parts for older mowers and strimmers. Prices are always pretty good. Only issue I've ever had is that sometimes the items listed online aren't always actually available in the warehouse. It's a pain when you are waiting on a part but it's normally rectified fairly quickly.

Excellent customer service until I paid with my Barclays Visa Debit card which after a day or so was then rejected. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my debit card which is accepted by everyone else without any issues. I had to pay by direct bank transfer which is not in itself a major issue but a customer should be free to use whatever method of payment he chooses. You clearly need to review your credit control checks on debit cards!!!

Was upset when the handle sheared off my mountfield mower as didn't need the expense of another albeit a 10 year old terrific mower. But thanks to the lovely staff at Mower magic they identified the right part and it arrived far quicker than stated. Unfortunately through a miss pick I actually had a different handle.
