I recently took all 3 of my dogs to see Stephanie T to get a new harness and collar fitted for them she was so lovely and helpful and we got the perfect one for each of them. One of my dogs is very anxious of new situations and people so I was unsure if we would be able to bring her. I spoke to her of my concerns and she said it wasnt a problem and suggested a quieter time to visit for her and that we could fit her in a side room so she didnt get overwhelmed. When i brought her they (Stephanie and Simon) had the room all ready and had even sprayed some calming spray to help her relax. Stephanie was so patient with her playing with her with her toy so she calmed down so we were able to get her fitted. Thank you again for all your help and advice and I will definitely be visiting you again!

I came here for the first time in search for AVA junior dog food. Unfortunately they didn't have this, but one of the ladies that worked there gave us brilliant advice on the kibble they did have and introduced us to the raw food they provide. We bought some of the raw puppy food and our boy loves it! Would definitely come here again as the food was very priced and staff were lovely.

I really like this shop. It's great for all your pet needs. The staff and the shop itself all seem to care about the welfare of pets. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. There is ample parking and plenty of parking for the disabled. The shop is easily accessible for wheelchairs.

I visited Pets corner to get some dog food for my boxer dog. He has had problems with digestion and has lost a lot of weight. He was often sick after eating his food. The assistant advised me of a more suitable food for him. Since changing his food he is much better and is no longer sick. I have been to pets corner previously and have always had excellent service and advice.

It's had a makeover since I last visited and looks fantastic! Has absolutely loads of stock! More like a pet superstore. The staff were extremely helpful and my little one was even allowed to stroke the baby rabbits. Well worth a visit.

Always buy our dog treats here. He loves the vegetable chews and they don't upset his stomach like the ones you buy in supermarkets. The staff are very friendly and approachable too and are knowledgeable.

I have been purchasing my dogs food (more) from this lovely pet shop for the past 3 years and the staff are so polite and caring. They always offer to help me carry the 12kg bags of dog food and the large packs of jumbo hay to my car and even put it in my boot. I love this store and wouldnt buy my pets products anywhere else.

I popped into Pets Corner today after visiting two other large pet stores. We were greeted warmly and my little boy quickly asked where the ‘rabbit things are?’. He was shown to the area of the shop, and I followed on with my little girl. The gentleman then answered the random questions about rabbits, guinea pigs and other stuff that my five year old asked him. He was really pleasant and helpful, and left us to look around. We had been looking around for quite some time when a lovely lady came to ask us if we were ok. Which we were ok only the kids couldn’t decide what to buy. Again my 5 year old asked loads of question which she happily answered. She also talked to us about the new rabbits we were getting and offered helpful advice about the litter tray I’d been looking at. We were served at the till by the first gentleman who also talked to us about the new rabbits with genuine interest. I don’t often leave reviews, but I just felt the need to mention the great service and friendly people. The big stores had been ok, but nothing worth writing a review about. We’ll definitely be back for rabbit supplies whenever we need them. 😀🐰

I only go here when I need something I can't be bothered to go to The Range or Pets at home or first choice is the local pet shop at Birchwood. It's obscenely over priced compared to other places. I got my cat a cardboard scratcher from here and didn't see a price but thought it wouldn't be too expensive. It was about £25. I've often gone in to get something like a bag if sand for my birds and just left as its about £4 for a small bag when I'd needs about 6. Plus side, staff are always helpful and friendly.

This is a good place to visit...but beware of website...it offers free delivery on items purchased over £48, but this is not so on some items...the website is misleading and should be corrected. I have spoke to them and they would look into it... But in June 11th... Still waiting. Ideally would only give 3.5 stars...

Great pet shop. There's pick'n'mix dog treats and there's the types of cat litter out to see samples. They provide for reptiles, fish, cats, dogs, small rodents, dogs and specific brands like biOrb care and Kong.

As a previous customer of you rivals "pets at home." I was concerned about the quality of care for animals waiting to be sold, as many large companies breed animals with little thought to quality of life. The Lincoln Pets Corner branch stood out from the crowd due to your helpful and genuinely caring staff. It's wonderful to see they attempt to tame syrian hamsters to reduce chances of them biting owners, and really nice to see they even put for sale hamsters in balls to run around the shop floor for exercise On every visit the Lincoln Pets Corner staff have been exceptionally helpful. They are passionate about animals wellfare and proving top rate service.
