Fantastic company, helping me to find the correct wheel size for my car and even messaged to double check the tyres and ordered in special tyres to complete the look I wanted. Had a really messed up wheel and needed a quick repair. Asked my local Facebook group for recommendations and lots of people told me to go here. Got a quote on WhatsApp, took the car in the next day and nothing was too much trouble sorting out a full size wheel to loan me while mine was getting fixed. Amazing. They rang next day to say it’s done (a day earlier than expected and I know they pushed the job on for me as I needed the wheel back for an mot). These guys are amazing. This is what customer service should be like everywhere! I’d definitely recommend them to anyone and would return without hesitation. Looks like people send wheels here from miles around. After picking up a set of alloys which had certainly seen better days, I decided to get them completely refurbished. Artur was great at explaining the process to me. When I was struggling to choose between 2 shades of grey, he kindly took the colour sample wheels off the wall and put them outside in the sunshine so I could get a better idea of how they'd look. I'm glad he did this as it changed my mind and swayed me towards the darker grey shade. I'm made up with the finished results and I'm giving 5 stars to 5 star Wheels! So I ordered my alloys from here the next day I changed my mind with what style I wanted and I called and spoke to Artur. He was more than helpful with letting me choose a different set. Had my alloy wheels straightened as I was getting vibration on the steering wheel and a previous MOT on the car had said one of them was slightly distorted, ended up getting all 4 straightened and balanced as they were all distorted, not much of a surprise with the state of some of our roads. I watched the whole process and it was great to see a thorough job done, really went of his way to make sure everything was right. Car now drives perfect! I badly kerbed one of my wheels and couldn’t look at it much longer. A quick google “alloy repair Liverpool” and I found 5 Star Wheels which happens to be five mins from my house. I dealt with a guy called (I think) Dominik who offered me few different levels of repair, all very reasonably priced and he explained the differences in types of repair. He is phenomenal at what he does and is a credit to this company. I am super impressed with the work, the wheel looks literally as good as new. After paying out a fair bit of money to have my wheels refurbed by another place, it turned out that they did a real bad job. I took my wheels to 5 Star Wheels Ltd who said that they could completely sort them for me. My wheels were taken off my car and I was given a replacement set of wheels whilst mine were being sorted. When I came to pick up my wheels, I was amazed at the standard of work that had been done, they were like new and they re-balanced all my wheels. The staff were really friendly and explained everything in great detail. Popped in to see what alloys where available for my 2018 A5 Audi. when I got there, there was a wide range of different alloys for me to pick from. After deciding which alloys I would like, I was booked in straight away for the very next day. Turned up for my wheels to get done the next day, and they where done within the hour. Fantastic customer service and staff I couldnt be happier. The wheels are amazing quality ordered at 10pm on a Thursday and were at my door the following day Friday 9pm. Delivered by a guy called Derek. Little mishap with the wheel bolts quick phone call and he drove from Liverpool to Stockport within 2 hours of the phone call and fixed the issue. Couldnt ask for more. Spot on !!

I’ve always been suspicious of Great Customer Service claims and glowing customer reviews. That is until I came across 5 Star. Living in Devon dealing with a company in Liverpool was daunting. I had such a lovely experience on Saturday 6th Novemebr 2021 at 5 star wheels. I bought a new car that day and was completely ripped off by HPL motors who ruined and sprayed over my diamond cut wheels without informing me, after I had paid a deposit and had my heart set on my new car. We called 5 star wheels at half 2 and they were kind enough to stay after hours to have a look at my car and fitted 4 new diamond cut alloys there and then! The service was fast and efficient and the two gentleman who served us were very understanding and helpful! I can't thank them enough for turning what was an awful day into a really good one! 5 Star wheels is exactly what this place says it!! Brilliant service, brilliant set of lads! Called to see if they got me in to have my Alloy wheel for Range Rover Sport have a crack repaired? Was told they where very busy, and asked how soon they could fit me in as my partner used the car to take kids to school. They had me bring it in that night, even put a spare 20” Range Rover Sport Wheel the car instead of the space saver I have. Called me to Re-Pick my repaired crack wheel the next day, can’t thank them enough and brilliant prices too! I’ve used 5 Star Alloys now for past 12 months and visited the guys here for a number of different reasons from general alloy refurbishment, cracked alloys being welded and having buckled alloys straightened out. I can’t rate their work highly enough. The quality of work is second to none, their communication is great when booking in and letting me know when my alloys are ready to be collected. They are open until 6pm which helps getting there after working hours and there has been a few occasions when they have borrowed me a spare set of alloys so I can be on my way and not left without my car whilst they carry out their work. The lads are are really helpful and friendly and they can’t do enough for you. Great location, great workshop and all round fantastic service which is extremely competitively priced too. 100% 5 stars!!

In February I had a set of Audi TT wheels done in gun metal grey. I was so impressed I've gone back to these guy's again to have a set of 5 spoke BMW wheels done in silver. They looked tired and worn before I took them and now they look wide awake and good as new. They even lent me a set of wheels while they took care of mine. They know their stuff. Excellent job of refurbishing my Saab 93 18” alloys. There was a nasty scrape on one of my spikes, which the guys at 5 star completely repaired. You cannot tell that the scrape was there. They also lent me some wheels so I could get around whilst they refurbished mine. If you need you alloys refurbished, go straight to 5 Star Wheels. You won’t be disappointed

Fantastic job yet again by Arthur and his team. His setup is brilliant, I’ve never seen so many wheels in one place! We hit an issue this time as my bmw TPMS wouldn’t reset for some reason after 4 wheels powder coated and 2 new tyres so I was worried. Arthur fitted me in next day and removed all 4 wheels, checked and cleaned all wheel sensors and resolved the issue really quickly with no extra charge. Powder coating job on the wheels is perfect. I would honestly never trust anywhere else with my wheels. Car is BMW Z4 35is in white with Silver wheels. Thanks guys 👍😎
