Took my autistic daughter today for her birthday both the guys in there where incredible with her... They got her a big birthday sticker and wrote her name on and did one for her other Teddy that she always walks around with... They could help enough and really made a fuss of her.... Thank you so much

This workshop is located in Liverpool One on the ground floor. Staff are really friendly, approachable and helpful. Prices are a little steep, but the quality of the stuffed toys are really good.

My granddaughter got me A bear for my niece my sister , died not long ago so we had a recording of her Talking to her new GRANSON the teddy was great but the recording was awful as the noise of all the people in the shop is on the recording , so it’s ruined, do they not have a booth to record quietly after all the planning it’s ruined

Took my wife and grandkids in there. Cost me a fortune, but it was worth every penny as everyone had a great time. This isn't just a shop where you buy a product. This is a place where you buy an experience alongside a product. It's a dream factory for grandkids.

I went to this build a bear today with my boyfriend, it was my very first time building my own bear. Steph helped us through the process and she was so lovely and helpful! Whatever they are paying her definitely isn't enough! She gives slytherins a good name :) I'm so happy with my little bunny Fluffles!

Magical place for young children and old to be fare as I'm still buying them for my 18yr old daughter. The staff are great with the kids and will have them take part in stuffing the teddies. I even saw a granddad rubbing the teddies heart on his chest and making a wish even though he was shopping there on his own for a Christmas present. The place even makes the grown ups act like children again.

Don’t get my wrong this shopnis expensive (I paid £90 for two bears, one frozen one beast - from beauty and the beast) but I can’t fault the staff in here in the slightest. Absolutely excellent customer service and delightful towards my two little girls. I wish I’d of took the mans name who dealt with us because he really did go above and beyond to help us and explain everything to us. You could tell he loved what he did! Will use again next year

When I went to this place the gentleman who helped me buy my cupcake (she's a rainbow pastel coloured kitty) he was so so nice! He went through the whole process with me as he would have with any child (which some adults might not like but I absolutley loved it) also he happened to have downs syndrome, so I would like to thank build a Bear for actually being inclusive and hiring someone with a visible disability. Well done.

The 2 young men who served us were beyond amazing. When we told them we were buying as a gift for our niece who had been bullied. One of the young men wrote a personal letter of sympathy. Arrived early with my 5 year old grandson and we were warmly welcomed by Jon and Sarah. We had a lovely time choosing his Hulk bear and he loved helping with putting in the heart and operating the stuffing machine. Very pleased with our experience and would recommend going early during the school holidays.

Couldn't get the bear I wanted in store, but wanted to make my own voice recorded message, the staff were so helpful & friendly, I was told if I ordered it online & took it store they would make the voice recording for me, put it in the bear & sew it back up... 5 star customer service, very happy!

Great place for the kids, but gets very expensive very quickly with outfits, shoes etc for the bears. Have some good offers on though, so worth keeping an eye open for them.

Ripoff. Staff are lovely rhough and I feel sorry for them a bit as they seem to be scripted when they talk and ask you questions. Customer service training rammed down their throats. In Liverpool its best to be normal as anything else just comes across as patronising.

Can get very busy especialy around christmas but as a big kid i love this place especialy the star wars bears they have something special and magical about bringing your child or children here and creating your own special friend giving them a heart admitadly can be expensive but well worth it
