Ordered no drill blinds and unfortunately I cut the cord on the blind when unpacking. Sent email asking if possible to get a replacement cord. Crosby sales replied within an hour and said they were sending a replacement cord free of charge. Fitted blinds and no problems with sizing. This is the second time I have purchased blinds from Crosby and in both cases they have provided excellent service.

Our experience from start to finish with Crosby Blinds was excellent. We moved house and wanted new blinds so we took our measurements to the shop and chose our style. There was so much variety to choose from and we were given lots of examples and advise. Once we chose we paid a deposit and 2 days later a gent came out to double check measurements. 2 weeks later we get a call to arrange fitting and the same gent comes out to fit the blinds. He worked quickly and took away all the rubbish/packaging with him. Our blinds have been up over a week now and they look fantastic. They fit and work perfectly so I would highly recommend Crosby Blinds and if we need anymore in the future I will definitely be going there.

Great service from Crosby blinds. Advice was given on the phone as to suitability on different materials ( re heat retention) as we were ordering 3 different colours to go together in a striped pattern. How to order the blind and how to measure could not have been clearer and swatches of material were offered. Even when the rail was damaged in transit, a replacement was provided very quickly and Crosby blinds telephone service was excellent. I would certainly use this company again and for the material we picked , they were definitely the most competitive price on a 5m run. Blinds look great and spare slats were also provided

I've now had two blinds from Crosby Blinds, both 25mm, brushed metal made by Luxaflex. They are very easy to hang and made to a high standard. The first blind was perfect. Sadly there was a fault in the second as it hung 1 cm long on one side that the other. This is where Crosby were really helpful. They contacted Luxaflex and a new, replacement blind arrived this morning. I would not hesitate to use Crosby Blinds again. They offer keen prices and, as I've discovered to my delight, an excellent after-sales service.

5 star's are not enough … I was looking for a number of blinds for our new home in E1 but needed them urgently, however I could not decide the colour. I called and spoke with a lovely lady called Chloe. She suggested I order some wood samples and they would be with me the following day (it was 3pm Monday) True to her word at 10am the following morning my samples arrived! Based on these samples I ordered a large number of wood blinds and paid for an express service, and again as promised, on Thursday morning I received a DPD tracking link and my blinds arrived that day. With so many companies hiding behind Covid and Brexit for their delays and poor service, the service I have received from Crosby Blinds has made a really refreshing change , highly highly recommend.

Ordered a Bloc XL blind and could not be more delighted with it. Customer service I received was top notch, and couldn't be faulted. Even sent me a replacement set of side guides free gratis after I inadvertently damaged them whist fitting. Great service and a great product

I am so disappointed with the two large wooden blinds, they are just too heavy and bow either side. The company agreed the very large one was faulty and refunded my money. The other large one, in my view is also faulty, again being too heavy but the company are telling me that is within specification and will not refund. The smaller ones are fine. I was told to hold the blind when pulling up, this is just not practical. When they first arrived the bottom bar on one was broken and considering I order in April. I received the replacement about four weeks ago. The pull up strings also keep coming off. I think the design could be better,

Crosby blinds afforded us very good clear advice when choosing our Luxaflex Duette blinds. By carefully going through the measuring requirements with the 3 blinds fit perfectly over our bifold doors of 4.7m. Communication was good and we were kept informed of our order status through covid lockdown.

Have used Crosby Blinds on a number of occasions over the last 2 years and would certainly recommend them. They have always been really helpful and advised me on alternative options which meant I ended up saving money. Will definitely use in the future.
