All the team were professional, friendly & informative, from giving advice in the shop about styles and types of Karndean to the final installation by Gary & Paul who were exceptionally friendly, tidy and fitted the floor with great workmanship. I have used this company for over 20 years. They are very professional, loads of choice and prices are competitive. Thy respect your home and go above and beyond to provide a good service. My latest job was installation of Karndean vinyl flooring to new kitchen dining room. It looks amazingly, I absolutely love it.

I have just had new vinyl flooring fitted to bathroom and cloakroom and am absolutely delighted with the service both from showroom staff (Jeff took my order) and the fitter (Ray) who arrived as planned (just before 8am!) and who has done a lovely job of fitting the two rooms for me. All round great service from start to finish from instore advice to the actual fitting they were polite & helpful .Tom fitted my carpets and was very professional he had to move lots of furniture & a heavy TV cabinet to fit the living room carpet but just got on with it , when he moved my hallway bookcase to fit that carpet some of the nails were loose so he fixed those for me. He then stayed whilst I checked my TV / phone Sky box etc were working ok when he plugged them in after he had finished . He took away all the old carpet and cut-offs from the new one all included in the price. Highly recommend wouldn't go anywhere else

Brilliant service from the minute we walked into the shop, Joe couldn't do enough for us quickly came out measured up, and within a couple of weeks all upstairs was fitted by Ray who was great - quick fitting them and a really clean worker the carpets are gorgeous and I wouldn't shop anywhere else- I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had my hall carpet fitted by them just before Christmas, the fitters were great the carpet was fitted quickly with no fuss and minimal mess. It was really good value, and the staff are always polite and go out of their way to help. When I asked for a doormat to be made from some left over carpet they did this for me in a couple of days, when picked it up I was told there was no charge. I could not be happier with the service I received and would definitely recommend.
