What a brilliant place this is! I used their pre ordering service online to get really sort after ‘Gabby’s Dollhouse’ toys that were sold out everywhere else. My daughter asked for these for Christmas so this shop has saved the day! Amazing prices too, the cheapest I’ve found compared to everywhere else online. Picked my order up from the store today, such lovely staff in this shop thanks so much for your help 🙂

What a shop, literally saved Christmas for my daughter today - Gabby Doll House was out of stock everywhere this shop managed to get me one ... friendly approachable staff, brilliant shop, brilliant location its right by Crosby Marina make sure you pop in get the kids a treat after going the Marina or have a look online ... again can't thank them enough 💙

I'D GIVE IT 10 STARS IF I COULD!!! My 2 children visited the shop with their father, holding their purse/wallet containing pocket money they'd been given for half term. On the way home, my son realised he'd left his wallet in the shop, so they returned to try and retrieve it. The two ladies checked the cctv, and could see my son going in with the wallet but exiting without it, but couldn't pin point where he'd put it down. They took their father's details and said they would call him if it turned up. An hour later, one of the lovely ladies called their father, and said they had gone through the cctv again, and noticed another shopper had picked up the wallet and walked out of the shop telling his children they had to go, as they had to be at a certain place at a certain time. She then went out of her way to go to this place and demanded the man hand over the wallet or she would call the police.......so much so, my son was ecstatic to get his wallet back. I cannot believe the kindness and bravery of this lady, she obviously has such a kind heart and cares a lot for children (there was only £10 in the wallet, but its the principal and the disgust that a father in the company of his own children, could take a child's wallet and steal it). I know their father has already thanked them, but I will be visiting over the next few days, and I will never buy a toy from another shop again!! WELL DONE LADIES, YOU'RE A CREDIT TO OUR COMMUNITY!! ❤ xxx

WOW. Such a Boss Store, you wanna see what they have in there. Leave Smyths alone and come take a look. Friendly helpful staff, nothing to small they can do for ya. I was in the Xmas club which you need to join for next year.deffo. Got this BMW hybrid(ha) for the nephew, its so cool, so happy with this, even a blue bow put on for me. I could spend loads in here. Please give this place a try, wont be disappointed folks and lets also help small businesses Dave

Amazing toy shop with so much choice you would never walk out empty handed. So tidy and organised you could buy for any child's occasion in here and not have to go to another shop! Staff are lovely and friendly as well. Highly recommend
