F. _.Used to work in this store avoided for a while but been in a few times and every time Caitlin (key holder) has been a god send always up for a chat and always give amazing customer service. Went in drunk 30/11/22 and asked Caitlin to help me get my Animal food she guided me to the food and showed me what I needed and had a lovely talk with me and even allowed me to use the staff toliets Caitlin is an amazing member at this store and goes out her way for customers glad they have someone like her she makes my visits so enjoyable
I. M.Nice staff, very friendly, although they didn't have what I was looking for I was able to say hi to a couple adorable puppies 😊
H. M.Sadly I had to take my Dylan to vet for the last time😢. We were taken straight into room not made to wait with others. Don't know if I can mention vets names but she was an angel (fellow diabetic). She explained the whole process and gave us all options with care and sensitivity. Told us we made right decision as he was old and tired and no medication could help now. I am very thankful to her for making a horrendous process as nice as she could. I also received a lovely card in post with forget-me-not seeds to plant in his memory. Would highly recommend this practice... Many thanks 💕

L. W.Great place where You can get most of Your pet supplies. Staff is always helpful and trying their best to assist. Place is clean and tidy. Taking into account there is a lot of animals it does not have "wet dog" smell. Great for a quick shopping. Takes all card payments and contactless. Some prices are bit high but if You looking for "there and then" items. This is Your place.
A. K.The staff member Caitlin was very helpful finding the right harness for our puppy. She was friendly, caring and professional. Everyone from the staff we've met that day were kind and helpful.

(.Great shop with loads of various goods for all types of pets...they even have an adoption centre(although I'm not sure if it's open at moment with covid) as well as having cute bunnies,rodents,fish n guinea pigs to get all fuzzy over they also have a groom room for keeping your babies looking beautiful and a vet 4 pets in store. It can sometimes be a little busy and the poor staff can be run off their feet so that can be a bit annoying, on the plus side though you can take pets inshore with you n the staff all seem to like nothing more than giving out belly rubs n tickles(n maybe a biscuit treat if u have been very good 😉) the prices are OK and they can sometimes have good deals on,along with this you can also join their free VIP club which can also get you coupons off certain goods or spends. All in all its a decent shop,I only gave it 4 stars because of how busy it can get and there being no staff available to help and the fact that there are a few stores nearby where you can get some items cheaper...so it comes down to each person's own preference as to whether they shop in it...but I'd definitely say it has the best choice of foods and going in and having a look cost's nothing and you may even get a bargain 🙂
1.Always found the staff very helpful and friendly. They’ve done very well during the pandemic. Kind to my dog. Great value for money and wide choice of items. I purchase my dog and cats food from here. Have no complaints about the staff and store.
