Sandy was a fantastic sales colleague, he listened to our every need and steered us in the right direction. Even with two young kids in tow, we were encouraged to explore the unlimited choice of carpets and vinyl, our four year old took advantage of even lying on the carpet samples, describing it as feeling “like a bed”. We were able to take samples home for the afternoon to allow us to be 100% happy with our choice. We are so excited to receive our flooring and also we are very much looking forward to another Tapi-tastic experience.

Bought a new build home and needed carpets throughout the house. Sandy spoke to us and gave is some great advice. We got a good feeling that we were not just being sold the most expensive carpets in the shop but what what would actually work for us. The costings were all explained and we got to take that away to digest (unlike another shop in the same area). Tapi arranged the fitting and the guys were nice and friendly and done a great job for good price.

Excellent service from the moment I walked in the store. I needed carpets fitted very quickly and as they had Carpet in stock, they fitted the carpets prior to me moving on. It was no problem, unlike other firms. The fitters were very professional and friendly a did an excellent job. I highly rate Tapi, so refreshing to receive such excellent service. I have no qualms in recommending them. Carpet and fitting prices very reasonable and a good selection. Store is nicely laid out.
