If you're looking to have blinds made and installed, I highly recommend using All Kinds of Blinds. Everyone I dealt with were a credit to the company. From the point of initial contact to installation everything ran very smoothly. Competitively priced and high quality finish. For sustainability, ease of maintenance and the fact they still look great I chose faux wood, but if wanted real wood they're also very reasonably priced. I got quotes for both and there was only £70 difference in the overall cost. Absolutely delighted with my gorgeous new blinds.

Ordered plantation shutters for the front of the house. They came round and provided a quote and explained the whole process. We ordered and were given a installation date. We were kept up to date along the way. The day of the fitting we got a call from the fitters (Adam and Buddy) in advance and when they turned up, they did a brilliant job and kept the place tidy which is difficult in our tiny flat! I would recommend getting the black out blinds in the bedrooms as you can't see them at all until you pull them down behind the shutters. Used All Kinds Of Blinds for the first time and found their service to be excellent. The blinds were required for a large office space with very large window bays. I had tried a number of companies to get the best solution and only All Kinds of Blinds were able to supply and fit blinds which covered the full bay width. I've recently purchased blinds from this company and have to express how delighted I am with the overall service. From the initial appointment to measure up, to the actual fitting, the whole service was first class. I made the appointment for measuring up and the guy came two days later at a time in the evening convenient to me. Whilst I knew exactly what type of blinds I wanted, he brought lots of samples along. I received the quote the following morning by 10am and paid my deposit. After paying this I was given an anticipated date for fitting. Again I asked for a fitting slot convenient for me in the evening. The fitter called me an hour prior to arriving and then called again to say he may be a few minutes late. The fitting was quick with no fuss or mess afterwards. From start to finish, it took exactly two weeks, and I would certainly buy from this company again without hesitation.

Customer service was poor. 4 out of 16 blinds were measured wrong and took a couple of weeks to be adjusted and cut down. Curtain was not ready by agreed date. Once fitted was wonky and too low. Took 3 call outs for the repairs to be done. Good value but poor customer service.

The curtains and voiles were organised by phone from 120 miles distant and look lovely when viewed in the apartment today. I had to edit my review based on my second time around . Whilst I was extremely happy first time around I was rather disappointed the second time when I ordered my blinds for the bedroom. From the first communication on it took 1 months to reply to me and that was only when I initiated a reminder. All follow up correspondence needed further pushing. However, all emails where communicated in a friendly and professional manner but I found it rather frustrating to having constantly being on top of this matter. When it initially came to the fitting i was given a window between 2 and 4 pm for which i took half a day off. The fitter did not turn up during this time frame and I had to attend another appointment. I was then prompted to make another appointment. Taking into account my earnings lost during another half a day off to attend the fitting I had to decide it is not worth the revenue lost on that day and consequently had to decide against taking another half a day off for having the blinds fitted. Sadly the company never apologised for the inconvenience caused which is a shame as the quality of the product is really outstanding. At the end of the day, I was disappointed when I compare the service i received during the fitting of my blinds for the living room.

Very efficient service. Paul came round late one evening to do the quote which was very helpful. We had a few queries which Paul checked with the fitter at the same time too which meant the fitter knew exactly what he was coming to and there were no ‘’communications’ issues which seem to crop up when different people do the fitting and the quote. Enver, the fitter, messaged us before he arrived so we knew when he was coming and he was very tidy and easy to have in the house. Most importantly the shutters look amazing.
