J. W.My favourite library anywhere. Lots of fiction and non-fiction. Lots of DVDs (film & TV) and CD albums. Large kids' section. Lots of PCs. Pretty large selection of graphic novels. Very nice and friendly staff.
J. S.The library has seen better days and is only open on restricted hours during the week due to local council cutbacks. However, I can order any book I wish to be picked up from there and they have great incentives to get babies and children into reading including free classes and events. Support it or lose it.
G. C.I really like the Archway library. I always find the books I am looking for, either for myself or for my kids. Books can also be reserved from other Islington libraries and usually arrive within a few days, which is very practical. Overall, their selection of books is excellent, whether for kids, novels, biographies, magazines, comics. It may not look like much but it is a little jewel for anyone who likes reading and be informed. A great place for the Archway community.

F.A really nice place with a good choice of books, CDs, and DVDs. You can request a book from the other libraries in Islington free of charge, and there are nice activities and services for children and elders. The place is mostly quiet, although sometimes children can be a bit loud. The staff is very nice too.

H.Although the library is hard to find (behind the tube station, under Archway tower) and not an attractive building (retro green tiles) it has enthusiastic staff and a wide range of books, dvds and new album releases. They have offers on loyalty cards for DVD hire and they have always been very helpful about finding titles for me.
