T. L.Great experience. First time in this store buying an 18th birthday present. The assistant waived the monogramming fee as I was a first time buyer. Long story short, on the train journey home the gift was stolen. I went back to the store that same day, explained what had happened, they waived the monogramming fee again and also gave me 20% off the price of the gift. It wasn’t their problem to deal with yet they kindly offered this discount. Thanks to Joe the store manager.

Only niggle is that sale goods can be returned for a refund if purchased online, but not in store. Has put me off a couple of what would have been impulsive purchases!
R. R.Always been happy with the service and product. I've had many aspinal products over the years and they are still in great condition despite being regularly used. Recently i needed an item engraved urgently and the head office team arranged this and had it delivered within 48 hours.
