Very well stocked store over two floors. Despite being busy, they keep it well stocked with products. Expect all the usual B&M products to be here. My only and major criticism is that the checkouts are very small and congested. They are too close together with a bulkstand of products causes major obstruction. Check out experience can be very stressful. Also, It seemed they are a little understaffed as some of the checkouts were closed despite heavy Christmas customers.

Purchased two side drawers for the bedroom. It said on the box two persons approximately 1hour to assemble. It took more than four hours and when completed wasn't as soon on the box. Had to return one fully assembled and the other box unopened. Thankfully there was no issues with obtaining a full refund.

Not a bad store, contains quite a bit of things. Only started going there this year, everytime I walk in there I walk out with more than expected. Only problem sometimes is the service, and for the amount of tills that are there the queues are pretty long. Overall you can get some good stuff for good prices...

Staff are lovely, Huge store with large free carpark. Different stock every time I go. Would like to see more tools and gadgets.

Went in today. Looked for soft light brown sugar which they usually have. Nothing on the shelves. Asked a staff member, she came back with a different sugar and I said politely, no. While queueing the staff member came looking for me with 2 packets. That's what I call great service. Than you.

Loved this place, they have two floors with so much space in all directions. They have a huge section of kids toys and DIY stuff too. Their garden centre is brilliant as well, lots to choose from. Lots of parking available and very easy to drive to.

Like b and m like the wide range of products although they never have enough staff on the tills the 2 huge queues. And never understood why some of the toys are on the way out so you don't get to see them until after you have paid, feel to rushed to take a look while people are waiting to pay.

The staff are extremely friendly! The deals are insanely good, and the stock is also! The parking is quite generous as there is a lot of space, although as with any shop, things can slow down during peak hours. This, however, is expected especially with how popular the store is with both the local community and those from outside who pass by to check it out. Overall, always an enjoyable experience.

This is the first time I been here since it was converted from homebase. I went here as I saw an excellent deal on decking stain. it was £10 cheaper then anyway else so I was expecting it to be out of stock but there was plenty available which was good. The service was a bit slow as it was busy but the staff friendly and helpful.

I like this store due to the different selection of items to be found. Anything from foods, household items and products, toys, bedding, DIY items, flowers, plants and more. They also stock seasonal products. The prices are good and if you haven't been to a B&M before, you should have a look as you might find some items you normally buy but at a lower price, like a large jar of kenco coffee for £3.99 which I've seen for as much as £7.50 in other stores. There is a car park and normally spaces available.

Love this store! Come here way too much. Got every I seem to need and always come out with things I didn’t even come for. Great customer service especially Scotty in the garden centre. He is hands down the best employee I think I’ve seen in any super market/home store. What a guy helped me with everything I’ve ever came in for! He actually cares and communicates with customers rather than pretend like he cares and give bad advice like most employees nowadays. What a rare breed. Scotty is Awesome! If this guy isn’t promoted by the time I next pop in something is seriously wrong. Got all the skills to go very far! I went there yesterday to buy Artificial grass for my garden, I brought quite a lot of it. I came home and realised it was wrong and I wanted to cancel my order. So I called them yesterday and said I need to cancel, the guy who works in the garden bit went home for the day. I called back this morning at 9am and I spoke to him. He said to come down ASAP and they will sort it out. Went there and within 30 minutes it was done, no hassle nothing. Really happy with thier customer service. Definitely recommend.

Love B&M, it's a real treasure trove from stocking the pantry with groceries, to accessorising my interior or fixing my garden B&M has it. Went for a browse and spent £140 groceries, new voiles, stuff for the garden and was very pleased with my purchases. However, I have one gripe and that is that they do not answer the phone. My nearest B&Ms are all awkward to get to without a vehicle so if I want something specific (such as rocks for my garden which I do) I have no way of checking the availability they don't answer the phone and have no on line platform. B&M fix this please and you'd be the perfect store.... even if I can't shop on line at least make it possible to check availability. Thanks

Today (28/05/2020) it was my first visit to the Leytonstone store. The reason of my visit- I wanted to find some nice plants and flowers for my garden. I was so impressed about prices in the garden department as it was much cheaper than in HomeBase and B&Q. Only one detail really upset me. 50% of plants and flowers looked dry and almost dead. I think no one really look after them , I mean staff..But I still found some beauty's there and I attached them on my picture. For everything what is on the table I paid £26. For example one set of 6 blue Petunia was only £2.50 or 3 for £6. (at Home Base for the same thing you would pay £6 for one set of 6). I definitely will pop up there again for my garden needs. But I'd really appreciate if staff could care a bit more about their garden products, that's why I put 4 stars, not 5.

Love this place so much, I always go in there for a couple bits and come out with loads of bargains. Can’t go wrong. My two daughter are for in B&M especially my youngest daughter as she loves to change up her home every now & then. I use this store a lot but I am finding that the customer service is extremely poor and all staff including management need training. Today I received fantastic service from Mike the security guard and juliena the cashier who went out of their way to help me after a very busy hospital shift. The garden worker again for the 3rd time was very unhelpful and did not want to work, walking around with a face on. This store needs a vast improvement as they are making a bad name for themselves. Very disappointed but thanks to Mike and Juiena who get my five stars.

Be aware the car park states for B&M customers but VERY small print comes with a time restriction so not for a leisurely browse. Recieved a ticket as I stayed 9 minutes longer than allowed, which I appealed and the parking company cancelled ticket so I will return but set myself a reminder on phone and not leisurely have a browse (probably save myself a hundred quid in process lol)... Discount stores are literally littering the high streets and retail works these days but B&M is one of my favourites for Price vs. Quality. Well worth a look! I went in the hope of finding their currently promoted garden string chairs in stock, amongst other products that caught my eye online. Good size store with alot of great bargains to be had, but unfortunately I didnt find 5/10 items I went to purchase 😔. Since online ordering isn't possible and they were all larger items, I expected the larger branch to have plenty of stock🤔. I felt dissapointed having looked online before visiting... The store itself was full of bargains especially regarding food and confectionery. Bought a lovely rug and lampshade for daughter's room that are good quality👌. The garden centre was well stocked in terms of plants. I left with two VERY cheap palm trees at £7.49e, 3 rubber plants at approx £5e and a beautiful lavender filled barrel at just £4.99. In consideration of current weather I would suggest they water certain plants more, especially further towards the back of garden.This would provide much needed TLC for the very dehydrated flowers on offer back there. Having said that it was clear on arrival that plants had been watered very recently in certain areas (mainly close to the entrance) so it could very well just be current weather dried them out quickly and staff hadn't got to that section yet to water.

I discovered it not so long ago. It's actually a very good store. It reminds me of French store Gifi. There is a lot of houseware items at a very decent price. Of course some items look a bit cheap, but some are very good. I bought a laundry basket with wheels £7 that would have cost £15 elsewhere. There is also a food section which I can't comment on as I haven't bought anything. Definitely pleased and will recommend.

It's good if you're buying household items for cleaning ect and dry goods. Good decor section, loads of curtains ect. It's basically like what Woolworths used to be or Wilkinson. Great for kids toys however I have not always been happy as sometimes the items are either broken or dont work. Same for furniture, I'd be careful with that as I bought a table for my son and one of the legs is wonky. I bought a plant pot with legs and one of the legs is wonky. So maybe avoid anything with legs!

"ARE YOU BEING SERVED?" is a question you will never be asked by any staff members here. Staff I have dealt with are on the whole quite helpful if you can find them, but there are a few 'bad apples'. You have to guess the prices for a lot of the items as either not displayed or in wrong section, but this can work to your advantage as I have paid ridiculously low prices for items that I know cost a lot more. If you don't like queues don't enter but plenty of bargains to be found...

It's alright. The staff run the gamut from helpful to downright rude. The stock is quite often very low or sold out on many things, so unpopular items are moved to fill the shelves. A lot of items are damaged to the point of not being useable. You do find the odd bargain, but check reviews of the items you buy. I've made the mistake too many times.

I just love this store, it has a whole range of goods all under one roof. Food, furniture, clothes, pet food and even a garden centre. The prices are very reasonable, a place to visit.

Prices are nudging upwards and not as cheap as they once were. Example : Fray Bentos tinned steak and kidney pie-£1.25, but £1 in Asda and Pound stretcher. That's 25% dearer.

Great place for bargain food essentials and also home DIY bits and bobs. Some of it isn't ro my taste (alot of bling) but I recently bought some beautiful and surprisingly good quality furniture (the Amalia range) for my daughter's bedroom and I am very happy with them. I've also purchased three curtain poles from here too which are perfect for what we want. B & M was the only place I could find a battery powered outdoor security light (temporary soloution for the time being) also and eco light bulbs. I'm also after a particular beautifully patterned lino that has popped up regularly on social media so here's hoping!

To be honest, I preferred this place when it was Homebase, but even then I preferred to go to B&Q in Leyton Mills. I categorise B&M Home Store as a shop that is often too general to find what you are looking for, they don't really specialise in anything specific. Location-wise, this store is a bit too hidden, not necessarily bad, since there is parking there. Overall, i'd say it is just OK at best, but nothing to write home about. On a positive note, their prices are often cheaper than most high street brands.
