We have used Blackheath Interiors twice, once to carpet our hallway and stairs, and once to install shutters in our living room and bedroom and on both occasions we have been thrilled by the care and attention they bring to the job. Prior to installing the carpet Lewis spent a whole day tightening and repairing our floorboards for a squeak free finish. The whole team are very friendly and communication with Emily is always punctual and clear. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with our new carpet and the fantastic service from Blackheath Flooring. Emily was really lovely to deal with and very helpful with her advice. We chose Perfect Day from the Rock N Roll range from Alternative Flooring and it looks and feels great . The customer service was second to none and Louis who fitted the carpet was superb . He was meticulous in fitting the carpet and his attention to detail really impressive. Emily was extremely helpful and responsive from the minute we requested a quote, answering any questions we had quickly and even sorting out having new trims fitted when we decided we didn't like the ones we had originally planned on. Louis takes a lot of pride in fitting the carpets and did a fantastic job securing all the floorboards down prior to fitting the carpet. We were very pleased with standard of his fitting and he even came back with a mat to put our office chair on and 4 coasters made out of the leftover carpet. Would highly recommend using Blackheath flooring and would definitely use again.

I met with a few different interiors places to discuss carpet and quotes for two bedrooms and staircase and landing. Blackheath Flooring and Interiors was by far the best service and competitively priced. We chose Victoria Carpets and Alternative Flooring. Emily was fantastic at keeping us updated from ordering to fitting. Louis who fitted our carpets did a fantastic job. He was lovely to work with and we were really impressed with his attention to detail and how hard he worked. The final result is fabulous, and after months of stressful house renovations our home finally feels complete.

I am delighted with the work that took place in my home last week. For 5 days Marty worked and sweated his way to transforming 3 bedroom floors from very old grotty carpet to beautifully sanded boards. They look amazing! He also went over and above in terms of moving furniture for me. Everything orchestrated perfectly in sequence by Emily and Hilary in the shop; Ro' the plumber to remove (then subsequently replace) the bathroom fixtures, Dale to prep then lay the flooring, Louie the carpet... and all in just 4 days! We've used Blackheath Flooring in previous years, and have recently had carpets installed in a new house. We went with the Mississippi Stripe for the stairs which is absolutely lovely! Emily and her team are fantastic! Very professional service, and so flexible with the job as I had to keep pushing it back due to other house renovations taking place. Blackheath Flooring may have a small exterior but inside you’ll find bags of enthusiasm and experience. It’s great to talk with a team who know their stuff and go out of their way to help you get to what you want. I’ve previously had wooden floors installed from them and took the plunge to get a stair runner. Emily didn’t stop till we found the right design and was round the house measuring up before we knew it. Fitting date was fixed and on schedule. The fitter Louis brought a cheery smile each morning and has done an amazing job on the twists and turns of the stairs. Thoroughly recommend them to give your home the flooring it deserves. Emily is an absolute godsend. She popped round for a consultation and gave us so much brilliant information about our shutters, flooring and several other parts of the house! She is really knowledgable, not salesy at all and it was so handy (as we need to refurb the whole house) to have her tell us what order we should do things in and what options we have. She even helped give us options on what we could do with our fireplace. She has amazing contacts aswell! We also got a very competitive quote on our stairs and we'll def be using this company based on the depth of their knowledge and experience. We were most impressed when after months for looking for just the right carpet, Hilary was able to identify immediately just what we needed - the colour had been the problem and she knew straight away what would work. We were able to phase the laying of our linked front and back living rooms to give us time to get the rooms ready, and then the carpets were both professionally laid by Louis a month apart.
