I can recommend anyone out there looking for a knowledgable carpet or flooring company offering quality for a good price to call Blue Carpet Store. Blue Carpet We were replacing all the carpets in our house. We wanted to get the same type of carpet that we had for the last 18 years 80% wool & 20 polystyrene. We tried the several carpet shops with no joy. We were advised to check out the carpets in John Lewis, as they offered a good range of wool carpets. We found the carpet we wanted , however we were not happy with the underlay. Our son girlfriend mentioned checking out the carpets at Blue Carpet. So we visited Blue Carpet and were amazed by the big range of wool carpets they had on offer. They are the agents for Westex Westend Carpet . We were informed that the carpets came in 3 grades. The staff were extremely helpful and were very knowledgeable about their products. We were allowed to take samples home, so we could get a better idea of what colour carpet would go with our decor. They also offer excellent underlay and when the carpet was laid on this underlay it felt so soft to walk on. The owner came and measured up the rooms within half an hour. Once the order was placed they kept in contact with us in regards to the delivery time. We requested the carpet to be fitted in two stages and they were happy to accommodate us with this request at no extra cost. The carpet fitters fitted the carpet within 3/4 hours. They did an excellent job. We wanted to make some mats from the off cuts and they did this for us with no extra charge. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to all our family and friends. Raj & Anita

Store has ample parking outside and they sell a wide range of carpets, vinyl and laminate flooring. Prices vary from product to product. They can arrange visits if you need to measure up too. In the stage of selecting my products, so have not ordered just yet. Based on Church Lane, Kingsbury.

This is the second time I have used Blue Carpet. I call on there services again. The sales person came round on the date and time agreed. The job was to replace the carpet in two bedrooms with laminate. Due to do my fathers disability, we required special water proof flooring. The flat already had flooring in the hallway and living room, so I require it to match with what was already there. Blue carpet salesmen brought plenty of samples and we managed to find a good match. He went back to the shop and by the end of the day sent a price. After a short discussion the price was agreed. After a few initial delay, due the the late delivery of the flooring to the shop. The date and time was agreed for the fitting. The fitters came on time and without any issues, fitted the floor to a very high standard. All in all, I would highly recommend Blue Carpet.
