A. B.Got the help I needed withing minutes of walking aimlessly around. Got a library card and was also able to access hundreds of ebooks online. I was passing through so I don't have the full information yet but the experience was so good I'll be spend more of my time there
w.Been here a couple of times with the family, so only really been in the kids section which is very nice, good selection of books for the little ones.
Staff are nice and helpful, there's places where you can use a PC and have a cupper tea/coffee or a light snack.
There are toilets too just in case.
Overall, very good.

A Fantastic Library and Very Efficient Online And Telephone Membership Service. I arrived with a huge work list of tasks during Lockdown and the staff were formiddable. The professionalism and advice on hiring books was super. The level of assistance was extremely professional and I received customer service with a genuine and personal satisfaction to detail by the extremely efficient and knowlegeable Joanna and Anisha. J. H.The staff are super helpful, and the facilities are all clean and modern. Very pleased with this space and the friendly service I received. There are lots of noisy children playing games on the computers, which is annoying. I don't think that's a productive use of library facilities, especially when there are people who need to print etc.
S. S.What an absolute joke of a place. Is it a library or a social club? Teenagers socialising everywhere and parents allowing their kids to run riot. Staff have no clue. I think they're happy just not to be bothered, as any request for help seems to be a chore for them. I could be wrong, but I am sure the staff are paid?! To Newham Council: sort it out.
