Really good choice of carpets. Excellent quality compared to other stores we visited. The customer service and advice we received was excellent. Steve was really patient and helpful to go through all our different criteria and offer us the perfect product we needed, and at a great price. Highly recommended.

We had been looking at many carpet establishments in recent months but we found Carpetright (Holloway) to be the best experience. The premises is clean and well laid out. The staff are friendly, welcoming and non-pressurising. One of the senior staff members there - Steve Smith, is absolutely excellent. He was courteous, knowledgeable, patient and gave us valuable advice. He is truly a great asset to the organisation. The pricing of flooring is also competitive here. I would highly recommend this store with their excellent staff.

I’d highly recommend this company & branch. Just bought a bed after thinking about buy on new one for a while but need advice on the many options of mattresses & bases. Both members of staff that helped us were friendly & professional. Felt total ease being able to try the mattresses with no pressure to rush or buy. Hi to it may concern I would like to speak about my service at carpet right. I been a long costumer and I have to say if carpet right had someone working at other stores like Ashton would be a dream come trough to many costumers. Ashton is amazing humble and he explains to all about your questions. He takes his time patiently and he wants make sure you are happy, he never lets you walk out off the door till he knows 💯 that you are happy and satisfied with your experience and he delivered what he promises you. It is sad when you walk at some stores and need help and the staff not really interested in helping out. Is so much to say but I would be here till tomorrow talking about this amazing kind person PS also he treats the same no matter how much you spend in store thousands or as little as £20 pounds that is something to recognise.

Ashton and his Team were absolutely amazing! 5 star service from start to finish. Ashton was able to give me tailored advice to what my floorings needs were (didn’t realise that certain carpets are not advised to be used with a gripper when placing my order online) and ensured I get the best value for what I paid. He’s also managed to book me in for various fittings on a very short notice (used this branch 3 times already this year for various flooring jobs in the house). Would highly recommend.

Generally I'm not too keen on shopping, but I really enjoyed shopping at Carpetright Holloway. I have shopped there twice now and both times I had a great experience. I am giving this store and service a 5 star rating because they deserve it ! From my first enquiry to my order has been absolutely perfect! Liam has been amazing from booking the appointment for someone to measure very simple to do on line with so much flexibility for everyone! The man came to measure very pleasant and accurate, he then sends all the measurements directly to the store I went to pick the colours and Liam done the rest placed the order booked the fitting it’s been so stress-free and easy, as I’m moving home I have so much to plan and arrange this has taken a massive amount of stress off me I’m so excited to have the floor fitted It’s been the best service ever highly recommended! I have used CarpetRight twice now and have found their customer service, employees and prices to be faultless. I have physically chosen to go into the Branch on Holloway Road and in particular deal with their employee Steve. Steve could not have been more helpful with his advice, tone and attention. They make the whole process enjoyable and solve any problems you may have. The guy that also came to measure the space was also super polite and professional. The showroom itself is well laid out and all not cluttered. They can also make the process really quick so you do not have to wait weeks for your new flooring. Would recommend to friends!

Initially tried to book an in-home consultation online, but that failed so I rang the number given. Ended up talking to Steve. Nothing was too much trouble. He organised someone to come and measure, made recommendations over the phone based on my descriptions, organised fitting and personally made sure that everything was perfect. Flawless service.

Went into Holloway store Saturday. Nice clean store , friendly staff . Spoke too a guy called Steve , was not looking too place an order at the time which I was upfront about . Was expecting Steve too lose interest . I’m looking for flooring throughout my apartment. Not sure what I want , vinyl, laminate, wood or carpet. I have to give it too Steve he was extremely patient with me , explained everything. I will be returning with my partner when he returns from working abroad . Great store excellent service . Hopefully when we come in Steve will be on shift .

Can not recommend this store enough. Customer service is key when managing a client’s expectations and I am demanding. From start to finish my experience with CarpetRight Holloway has been seamless. I had two consultations before my home visit (extremely punctual) and I was glad for the visit as the gentleman gave valuable advice which could not have been known instore. My third trip to the store was a complete rethink and Ashton was patient, helpful and reassuring (I had a previous bad experience). All I can say is his confidence in his team is well placed. My fitter Aman Preet Singh was punctual, professional, asking at each stage of the fit (three rooms) was I happy and telling me what he was doing next. He even added a strip of beading for me and would not hear of payment. Not only am I happy with the product but my faith in the brand has been restored. I have already recommended to my neighbours. Congratulations on your hard work!

To cut a very long story short...I had some hiccups up along the way however the overall experience with Carpetright was a good one. Having read the reviews below especially the one which mentioned Steve I was obviously a little wary and honesty hoped he would not be the one to serve me. As I entered the shop, who was the first person to greet me....yes Steve! To my surprise Steve was very friendly, helpful and more importantly extremely professional in the way he dealt with me as a customer. Steve went out of his way to help find the prefect carpet and laminate flooring as quite frankly I had no clue what sort of carpet was best for my home (and he didn't just pick out the most expensive either). Thank you Steve! Aston (store manager) well what can I say....his professionalism is second to none! As stated above I had a few hiccups along the way, however Aston was quick to sort out the issue and kept me update along the way. Thank you Aston! Paul & Mark (Carpet fitters) These two guys did an excellent job of fitting my carpet! They were friendly (very funny too) yet professional. They answered any questions I had (and I had a lot) and worked their butt off to ensure I was happy. Thank you Paul and Mark! So to conclude, would I use Carpetright Holloway again...absolutely!

Hi I'd phoned 3 times for a quote ,the first time the lad was so slow it was unbelievable,plus irritating, in the end I had to tell him,how to leave my quote on the computer till the next day,so I rang the next day and wow got another annoying, irritating person who couldn't find my quote on the computer,so than I'd thought I give it another go and WOW THANK GOD I GOT STEV ,he saved the day plus finalized my quote if it wasn't for him cheering me up and calming me down as I was so upset and annoyed,i wouldn't of place my order, what a man someone that knew how to do his job unlike the other two ,thanks again stev so ask for STEV as he knows it all and has a great Personality and funny which made my day specially on these very sad times that were all having xx

I would just like to say that after being into the store several times before making my purchase I can honestly say that my experience on all occasions was first class, I was served by different staff members on each occasion and the level of service was fantastic covering all my queries and concerns. After reading reviews i think the best option is visit them and you will see for yourselves because it only takes 1 upset person to leave a bad review yet they must deal with a vast number of customers on a daily basis.

Brilliant place to shop. They also have parking in the rear which helps as the area is difficult to find parking. I had wood from the shop which was fitted also by them. They provide an estimate service so you do not pirchase excess materials.. it is definetly worth a visit. Amazing store.

Very busy store, they sell all types of flooring including beds.. I went into store and all the colligues was busy however they offered me a seat until someone was available.. The staff accomadated me and all my needs.. I read the reviews before going to the store as I was unsure from the feedback but the experience contradicts what they have wrote as I had nothing but a good experience in the shop. Thank you
