Been here twice with my family and had such a great time. It can get a little expensive, depending on what you choose to paint, but it is worth the day out. It's so relaxing and very friendly. They also have a section downstairs for party's

It was OK. Probably wouldn't go back. I found the products too expensive for what they were worth. Also wasn't notified about the week and a half turn around. Spending £80+ it would be nice if we knew that we wouldn't be taking the products home the same day. I think the staff need to just inform customers more. All in all, the actual painting was fun

This place is brilliant, lots of pottery to choose from, a good selection of colours and tools to use, a very friendly and wise man who runs the business who is always available to offer help with techniques or any other questions about how to make your own masterpiece. 2 hours seems like a long time but honestly, it flies by in this lovely place and I wish I had more time to perfect my designs!

Very nice! Staff was kind and welcoming. I definitely recommend going and painting in store as it's only £2 per person and there are many art supplies and paints to work with.

Had a really peaceful time here painting with my cousin and friend. It was a nice way to bond whilst being a calming experience. Makes you remember how enjoyable arts and crafts are. The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable about the effects you can use on your piece. Looking forward to picking it up !

We have been here few times and my two children find it fun and love going back. The prices are a bit on the high side and we end up paying 30 to 45 per session. However, the place is well stocked with a variety of shapes and a wide range of paint colours. The stock of nibble bottles and permanent pens could be improved but you can always find what you need if you ask. Also great for birthday parties and the staff are very supportive. The website has a lot of information but it is always better checking with the staff regarding the shop policy as they could be really supportive if you have any request.

I took the children out for a fun day at the ceramic cafe and they absolutely loved it! We painted three plates for their family members and they were so happy to receive a handmade painted plate from the children! The price is agreeable and also, if you get the munchies, they sell the most amazing cookies ever!

I have very mixed feelings about this place. Organising a birthday party I went to the shop and spoke to a lady who was very rude ,unhelpful and abrupt. I would've cancelled at once but it was a very last minute affair and I had no choice but to go ahead as planned. However on the day of my child's birthday the host was a very friendly and understanding man. The birthday party was a success and we came back to the shop few weeks later for some more craft but I was shocked at the price of a mug after we decorated it and asked for a quicker processing time. Entirely my fault for not checking before starting the project but then I had to pay dearly in order not to disappoint the little artist who spent hours working hard and diligent. The end products are always delightful.

I have been to this one and the one in Kew many times. I hosted my daughters birthday here 4 years ago - kids had plenty of fun and we do return a few times a year - great unique gifts for friends and family. Quality of the products is great and have lasted many years.

Great place to have a creative kids party. If you have at least 10 people painting then you can book the room downstairs, which is decorated to host a birthday party. You can bring your own party food and drinks there. Beware though that the choice and the price of ceramics are different than the one online. The choice is more limited and the prices are higher, which is a shame!

I made a bowl, it turned out to be more of an eyesore than a bowl but other than that I had a great experience, my sister; her friend and I were given the option of choosing one ceramic each from say 20 or 30 designs, we then got to paint our ceramic using paint brushes and these paint syringes to add finer details. Once we were satisfied with our designs we left them with the shop owner so that he could add the ceramics to the kilm, we only had to wait a week before the ceramics were ready to be picked up and they turned out great.

We went there during the week so it was practically empty, which we loved. Everything was explained to us and there is a great range of items to paint. I picked up the final product today and we are both very happy with it.

Would recommend as good rainy day entertainment. Range of snacks and drinks and lots of choice for ceramics. Bit pricey but no more than other ceramics cafes. Staff were really knowledgable on colours and effects.
