The store had an analyser that you lie on, all Covid safe, it tells you what sort of mattress is best for you, which made the choice a lot easier. Sidi, assisted in helping us make the right choice , half price sale, fast delivery.

Ian was really helpful and assisted us make an informed choice of bed. Covid-19 considerations were well-managed and I didn't feel ill at ease at any point. Good quality products; not the cheapest, but how often do you buy a bed? Also, like shoes, you spend a lot of time in them, so good quality is worth paying for.

Great! Welcomed by a friendly and knowledgable staff member, got what I wanted. Little more than I wanted to pay, but quality isn't cheap and I'd rather a good, solid bed and sleep well, and even offered a drink. Would recommend.

Ali was really helpful in advising me on which mattress type was best for my sleeping position and build via a interesting machine called Sleepmatch. i was going to buy a medium grade mattress but the machine said firm grade..... im not going to argue with a machine ;P overall good experience during my visit, looking forward to lots of great good night sleeps.

Maria is the best shope assistant ever. She sold me exactly what I needed and did everything very quickly and professionally. In a few days we already had our bed and mattress delivered and are happy with that. Thank you for an excellent service.

Outstanding we had a man named Carlos at Catford SE6 very helpful, friendly and Knowledgeable, we were shown Alternative offers which were cheaper, were given drinks, time was no Option, got just what we wanted felt very happy and content when we left the store if only every store had a Carlos Thank you very much one very happy customer.

Staff is not as helpful as they use to be . You can get better deal online on their website rather than in store. Than companies complaining high street business dying . Obviously they will if we will have more options available online.
