I was able to try the various beds and even though the shop was busy there were so.many beds on display that enabled all the customers to try them out.
However the few members of staff available on that day were not able to help all the customers and after a long wait I decided to go.
Y. K.Sales Rep Ash was super friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us test what sort of bed would suit us best and helpfully explained everything about beds to us! Although we didn't buy on the spot, he kindly took our contact details to call us back when there was a sales promotion on, which he did! Great service!

L.Very happy. Served by Ash. I shopped around for a metal bed frame for my mum. Which isn’t easy these days to find on display. Even though the store is limited as mainly displaying divans. Ash helped guide and support my mums requirements. Especially when it came to the mattress support for an elderly lady. The Bed etc arrived with an excellent delivery service from Archie & Eddie who assembled and removed all packaging in no time. I have a very happy mum so no complaints here and will definitely recommend and go back in the future.

W.I couldn't of had a more pleasant and stress free experience. I purchased my charcoal TV bed with mattress on the 27/09/16 by a well knowledgeable lady called Sharon. I was given the option to pay now or have the intetest free untill next year July.
The engineers came the following Saturday as arranged and erected my bed quick and easy. What a professional & outstanding service. Highly recommended to anyone and with such politeness and efficiency throughout.
