Love coming to this shop every time to top up my liquids, coils and rechargeable batteries. The staff there are very knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. Massive thank you to Rhianne for supporting me when I had challenging December xx. Don't listen to the negative reviews they all nonsense! and attention seekers, I' ve never had one bad experience and always leave the shop with a big smile 😀. Would highly recommend thank you team your doing great 👍 👌

Excellent customer service and a fantastic range of products. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They ask what it is you are looking for. They go through the devices and help purchase the best unit for your needs. I am extremely surprised at some comments but working in retail I guarantee that most of the negative reviews about customer service and rudeness come from people who come in with an attitude and they are rude and then expect a top notch service ..nah it doesn't work like that. You reap what you sew. Great job guys keep up the amazing work.

I've been coming to this particular Branch for as long as they have been open. In all my years, the service has been excellent, prices fair, and staff friendly and reliable. However, I would like to give a very special kudos and show of appreciation to Andrew. Who has always looked after me, regardless of whether I was looking for a bottle of liquid or entire new Mod. An excellent asset to Evapo, particularly during troubling times such as these. Many thanks Andrew!

I just happened to pop my head in the door, with zero intention of buying anything. I was met by Kez who was so knowledgeable and SO friendly that I ended up leaving with 2 new devices and a bunch of juices. He was an absolute delight. Genuinely some of the best customer service I've ever received. The store is fantastic. Great range of devices and juices, clearly laid out and easy to navigate. I usually buy all my vaping stuff online but I'll 100% be coming here from now on. 10/10

Bought a new device here but it was leaking from the start. Been back to the shop twice and after having looked at it the staff said that the leaking was my fault, I was using the "wrong" juice (incidentally the "right" e-liquid was the one that they sold). So I changed the juice but it kept leaking. Tried to point out to the staff that there was a problem with the ACTUAL DEVICE, to please change it, but they would not hear it. In the end the device has completely stopped working. I went back today to be told "Sorry, outside the warranty period". But they astutely refused to change when it was covered by the warranty. Unprofessional and scammy. UPDATE: I've rang Evapo head office as advised and they understood my issue and offered to exchange my defective device. Therefore, I've amended the rating for my review. Unfortunately, when I went back to the shop the staff acted quite in a cold manner towards myself. Probably they still think they are right, however, I wasn't expecting any improvement in customer service at shop level.

When I decided to quit smoking cigarettes way back in April 2019 a colleague recommended this shop to buy my vape mod. Can’t lie, didn’t have a clue what to buy as there was so much choice. A quite older chap with a long grey beard assisted me. I was looking for mods in the advanced section but the chap talked me down into the less expensive beginner mods even though I was willing to spend the money which I commend him for because it shows they actually care about their customers and just not trying to sell customers the expensive ticket items. I have since moved work location from Islington to in the city where are are no shortage of vape shops to buy replacement juice. I will always travel the extra journey just to see the guys there and buy my liquids all because of that first interaction that made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. There is another chap that works there with longish hair, he’s a good lad too and makes conversation every time I visit which is more than can be said for the asian chap that works there. He’s doesn’t appear to be as friendly as the other two guys that work there. Anyhoo, I think this is the longest review I have ever done on a shop but if you’re thinking of giving up smoking cigarettes give these guys a visit. They will look after you. 👍🏽 Prices: They are okay, not bad, could be better but if you join the points scheme you get back points on every purchase which you can use as money off your next purchase. Not sure why some of these are so low in rating occasionally. I needed liquid and it was the closest store, thought I wouldn't mind if they were rude so long as I got the liquid. But when I went in, the guy (great white beardy man, didn't catch his name) was incredibly attentive and friendly, juggling existing customers to quickly advice me based on my needs, asked if I wanted to try some of the liquid, recommended additions and I came away with a great tasting vape very swiftly, and all great price too. So I've returned to google just to share that my experience was very pleasant and I will return! A++

Dropped by to pick up some liquids this week and these guys are such gents. I've been to so many vape shops where the staff are standard "wide boy attitude" types and it's completely off-putting- the kind of people you get served by in a Carphone Warehouse with their bad attitudes and "You're boring me" approach. So the guys who run this shop are a brilliant breath of fresh air. I won't be buying my vape supplies anywhere else from now on. One thing that really impressed me was when I was waiting to be served and a lady was having a dodgy coil fixed. The guy mending it fixed the issue in a couple of minutes. The lady said "I thought you'd tell me it was broken and I needed a new machine", and the guy replied "Nah- just a small issue; we don't rip people off". He could've easily lied about the problem and charged her for unnecessary work but didn't. Superb guys, superb prices, superb products. Reliable, honest, friendly. Just one tip, fellas: when someone comes in and you're serving a customer it does help just to say "I'll be with you in a moment" or something - it just makes you feel you're not invisible :-)

This shop is sick! Not to sure about the short top knot guy, haven't spoken to him yet but the others are spot on mate!! Up for a laugh, have the best suggestions, great man! Andyus, I think that's his name is cool, he really hooked me up with a great device and a donut flavour I could vape for days! Not bad prices too! Ignore bad reviews on here, there is no way the guys could be rude unless you were awful to them, my advice to these complainers is smile a bit more and treat shop workers with respect they deserve! The boys in the shop have the patience to deal with first time users and the experience to challenge full time vapers! Always have something new and exciting for me! Thanks boys, I wish I could give you a tip like they would back home in the US!! Just to update the review, top knot guy is a dude too, he just sold me cotton! Great guys!! Very pleased with the service I received today. Luke was very helpful and showed me how to use and top up my new e cig. Prices were good and a large selection of liquids that you can try before you buy. I will certainly go back and will quite happily recommend this place to others.

This vape store is top class!!! Everytime I visit they are open on time and are always happy to help! One time i came 15mins before opening and was allowed into the store because it was raining, the guy who 2as there served me even though he was busy getting read to open! Top notch service! I was served by two guys one was European and the other Chinese with a tattoo, both clearly knew their stuff and helped me make an educated choice rather than buying blind. Great selection of products, competitive prices, and more than friendly staff. I was buying a e-cig for my father who is trying to quit smoking and rather than trying to sell me the most expensive device I was educated on the starter kits which were reasonably priced. One of the best and most friendly retail stores I have ever been to in central london. 10/10 would recommand to all my friends and family who are looking to quit cigs. -Vihaan

Sent on behalf of Paul Randall I first visited Evapo when I was having problems with my new Ecigarette last Monday and they were really helpful, took it all apart to check it out, gave me couple tips and told me all was good. I went back today to get some liquid and spoke to Robert. Advised him I needed some with no nicotine so he went through all of different flavours I could choose from advising me which were good. I bought couple juice bottles and then as a matter of curiosity he asked me which model I had. Showed it to him and he advised the juice may be bit too thick for mine so I would also need to purchase some thinner called Pinkman Vampire Vamp. After spending £20 on the juice I was not extremely happy to have to buy additional bits just to fit my particular model but Robert let me have the thinner on the house. Have been there twice now and cannot recommend this shop enough. They are all extremely helpful and extremely friendly and just want the best for you and they go way above the call of duty to help you out and ensure you are all sorted and have everything you need, and if you are having problems they go well out of their way to get it sorted and make sure you leave there happy. Am really glad to have this shop local to me and its not often you go into a shop and spend money but come out feeling really happy thanks to the service, the knowledge and the demeanour of all of the staff Thanks a lot for all of your help and I strongly recommend a visit to EVAPO in Chapel Market Islington N1 Paul Randall

Couldn't ask for more!!! Rob and Rhian were so patient and helpful to me - a brand new vaper trying to get off the fags. Rob cleaned my very dirty vaping kit ( note to self - don't just leave in your handbag without a case) and didn't charge me at all. Rhian 'gave' me her spare case. All they barged me for was for a new coil. But more than that was the positive vibes and encouragement to just simply stop the cigs and cape instead. I'm now on my 8th day with no cigarettes and feel great. Thanks again guys and see you soon
