Superb service from yunfei, such a friendly, helpful nice guy. He helped me and my wife endless, no matter how many times we changed sizes to suit our needs. A real credit to fendi and the bond street branch. Be sure to visit there again. Very happy customers thanks again!

Great store, went in to buy a strappy however after discussing with the assistant Ruso, she advised that it would be better, for my needs to buy a strap for my Peekabo. Ruso showcased a number of variations including the strappy but im soooo glad i went with a strap!..Ruso went above and beyond will definitely be visiting Fendi new bond st again and again!!

Restrictions in place in terms of number of customers allowed in the store for covid and customer experience reasons I presume. Shopping experience here was great with staff friendly, no trying to push purchases at all, simply wanting you to be happy with your purchases. Yousef was excellent and made the shopping experience what you would expect from a top brand.

My name is Michelle , I'm English lady who came recently for the first time to the store and I really liked everything on it , especially when I gently asked the arabic security guard to use the WC and nicely he took me downstairs to show me where it is and then he waited for me to give me access to use the lift to go to ladies ready to wear. He was really such generous guard and even I tried to give him some tips when I was leaving but he politely didn't accept it and he wished me a nice day. I liked my first experience in that shop and will definitely keep coming in there at all time :) 5 stars for the good customer services.

Lovely top-end shop for those that can afford the luxury. Guy opens the door for you and everything. Service and products are of a very high standard. Immaculate in every respect I could think of. After visiting on a hot day, I came out feeling like I'd been on a short holiday to a lovely fresh and clean island, in the middle of the city. Check it out, or do something else.

Got a pair of sneakers that I was eyeing on for a while. Lucky to have the size. The staff were really helpful and professional.

This is my favourite store in london everything about it is top class. When I visit I usually see Very friendly staff who always give world class service so your feel like a VIP for your stay. The quality of the goods are the best your find in the West end,and they come up with brilliant designs all the time. Keep up the good work,and high standards that you've achieved.

Paul, who works downstairs in the Men’s Department, went out of his way to make my teenaged son and I feel welcomed and valued. He offered expert advice and even encouraged my son to try on various leather/fur coats, which valued at $22,000USD each. Security was nearby, of course, but it was still exciting! Thank you, Paul, for your professionalism and warmness.

The black British lady and the Italian (?) gentleman were very helpful when I visited. They responded to my requests professionally and promptly, and explained things clearly. Cannot say the same about the Hong Kong/Chinese girl there. On one occasion, I gestured for her help; she asked me to wait "for a while", but half an hour later, she was still blanking me with no apology. Luckily her aforementioned colleagues jumped to the rescue! Great shop.
