Came yesterday and honestly the staff were amazing considering how busy it was. They did birthday shout outs and got every child to cheer. It was amazing. Will definitely be looking into booking a party here as the organisation looked up to standard. Toilets were a bit messy but apart from that cleanliness is good. Will be coming back for sure as my kids loved their experience.

Decent trampoline park with an "assault course" area, under 4's, small toddlers and even an adult (semi pro) trampoline area (the ones where you can get some real air time). Only problems I felt where - very dark at places and difficult to see - not much seating areas for parents/carers - no dedicated parking

Came to flipout for the stay and play session and had a great time! My niece was happy the whole time and the staff were really nice in ensuring our safety. Would’ve given it 6 stars out of 5 if i was able to. Highly recommend!

Try to avoid peak times. It can become very crowded and congested which makes the experience not so enjoyable for little children. A good variety of activities for all ages. 1 hour is not enough when there are too many people there as you have to wait to take turns. They have nice sized party rooms upstairs.

We booked our daughters 6th birthday party at Brent X on 08 Jan 2022. What a wonderful, fulfilling and enjoyable experience for all the children who attended with an array of adventures that can cater for all ages and abilities. Some children jumped on the trampolines, others played on the new soft play area, whereas the more adventurous challenged the Ninja Obstacle Course + Stunt Box Zone. They even cater for the very young up to 5 years old and equally the parents who accompanied the children had a great time in the dedicated adult area. After our hours experience, we had our cake cutting + food in the Wind Room which has fabulous decor and lighting. One cannot ask more than to see the joy and glee on their child's face and that is exactly our feeling after our party booking at this venue. This was all made possible by not only the head office staff (Cici, Sam + James C) who helped with the formalities of our booking but more so by the staff present on the day. From the manager Edil, to EK on reception our every need was catered for. A special mention however must go to our party host, Josephine, who extremely pleasant, warming and helpful on the day. She accommodated to every one of our wishes + went out of her way to make our daughters special day truly memorable. Nothing was of too much trouble and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Peak Saturday afternoon crowded, and could have been "policed" for safety policy a little more actively. No government or venue mask policy when I visited, some adults and some staff wore masks. For parties shoes socks and outerwear are boxed into a roller box and put into the party area for later, and socks issued to children but not chaperone parents, shoe policy for parents not clear. Our party was in an "informal" space which was very dark (light belated added, could have had battery candles on the table, and the space could be decorated inexpensively with posters and light strings down the walls. Pizza tasted better than I expected, decent quality frozen catering pizza, and not overcooked. Coffee machine ran out of milk at 5.30 ish, I didn't bother with asking for a refund.

This is easily the best trampoline park in the area. It has plenty to keep your little (and not so little!) ones easily amused for a good couple of hours. There are distinct sections for all abilities and the staff are friendly and approachable unlike some venues. People have complained that it is dirty and messy, but when we went it was the cleanest park we have been to. Staff regularly walk around and tidy rubbish up so no complaints there. Speaking of staff, they have exactly the right level of "keeping things safe" attitude. If some kids get too boisterous they manage to clam them but at the same time if they are safe they leave them be! The only star lost is for the seating location. There are comfortable seats available on the upper level, but there is a long walk to get to them from the trampoline area. There are comfy swats on the ground floor, but you cannot see your kids play from them. This leaves the benches on the actual floor which are exactly that. You know what. That so minor I'm actually going to forgo the lost star and give them 5 stars. Yeah, no lost star. So, long story short, this is a great trampoline park. 2 hours is enough though as your little ones will be exhausted and hungry afterwards. Perfect.

Kids loved it, never read the reviews until afterwards and I never actually went into the play area. We have flip and feast on a Friday. It was not too busy and the lady behind the food area till nicely answered my 101 questions. Kids ate pizza, crisp and drink as part of the deal. All of the toilets were absolutely filthy despite the claim there were clean every hour and the smell was not nice either.

It seems to be a most fun thing for youngsters. They definitely get a lot of exercise, and there are several different things to try out. Due to the nature of activities available, there are risks of injury, even though almost everything is padded and softened up. We took 10 youngsters--most of them 10 or 11 years old--for a birthday party. After 20 minutes one of them had managed to injure one of his big toes, which swelled up. About 30 minutes later a second chap hurt his thigh and had to be retrieved from a foam pit, and yet another was slightly injured in the eye by someone throwing a foam block at him. So casualty rate was 30%. I am not a specialist on risk assessing an outfit like this, but I was able to compare some of the rules here, with that of another trampoline park, I have taken kids to. For example, in one place they didn't allow two children to simultaneously bounce on a trampoline. This was to prevent people colliding. At Flipout, I saw two boys bouncing together on the same trampoline. Despite the foregoing mishaps, the children enjoyed their time here. The advise to parents is that there are some risks, but most kids love the experience. There's ample parking beside the building. A small cafe with very slow service is inside; there was just one person handling the business.

Great staff! A lot of broken or old equipment need fixing or to maintain better. Half term they letting to many people in and there is literally no space to play. They have facilities for kids parties etc.

I booked a family of four through the phone and the agent booked a wrong time and price. The confirmation email warns you arrival must be 30 mnts before but luckily we lost only 35 mints out of two hours payment. And I been told no refund in the site. But it's good for children's.

Ten pound an hour and the second hour is only a fiver. Two kids aged 10 and 4 enjoyed it and said they would go back. No lockers available due to CoVid do only take in what you need. Bag with a lock for your own piece of mind. We did not but gad no issues. Recommend getting there at least 20 mins before to get signed in

Good and fun for kids with the new area and many trampolines, however make sure you are ready to be covid safe. This is easliy one of the worst coronavirus rule enforcements I have ever seen. They say "we limit the amount of people allowed to enter", however it's packed and full. They say "all staff members and spectators must wear masks" however I have seen staff without masks and spectators also. They closed off the lockers meaning that everyone has to throw their belongings on the floor in order to jump. The only good thing that they've done is put hand gel around site.

Visited Brent Cross on Sunday 12th September and was happy with my service overall. There were certain staff that stood out and made the experience more enjoyable with their customer service - Omar, Anjuma, Omar, Sacha & Chanel (reception staff/party hosts). The MAIN issue I had was with the manager - Gane - who was NO WHERE to be seen when I asked for him. I was very unhappy with a couple of situations therefore I requested the presence of the most senior staff member and as I watched reception staff call for him, he didn't respond to the numerous radio calls and he just didn't show his face at all even by the end my stay. Very unprofessional and unhappy with his work ethic and unavailability towards his customers and staff. His staff were more useful than him. Thank god the staff were able to solve my issues but still very very unhappy with the manager's attitude.

We visited flip out for a little treat i planned for my nephews birthday and his friends from school and to be totally honest as the adults i can safely say i think we had more fun than the kids. Its absolutely amazing as its pure fitness and fun for everyone and defenetly beats letting kids sitting in front of a television for hours, it can be a bit pricey if you take a bunch of kids out of your own pocket however an hour never seems to be enough

First time here and it was the laser room that attracted is to the place but it was closed. Maybe due to Covid19 as it is a small enclosed room. The trampoline section was okay, looks okay. Didn't feel as though the place is clean. Although green is probably their theme colour, it's dull. I'd prefer Oxygen trampoline park any time.

My daughter loves this place, it's always best to arrive at least 25 minutes before your jump as you have to watch a safety video. If possible sign the waiver online. It's also handy if you bring your own 'jump socks' if you have visited a 'free jumping' establishment before as there is a £2.50 charge for them. I have also had a bad experience with the safety of their lockers as they aren't very secure. So if possible leave your valuables with someone from your group who isn't jumping.

I visit here quite often, and the staff is getting less competent from week to week. Check-in can take up to 20 minutes, nobody would show up in the cafe for an hour, not enough safety team on the trampolines. The facility itself is great, but the rundown management ruins it. Hope for improvement

Not bad but there are too many adults standing around on the actual kids jumping area.I took my kids and people were there with their extended families just having a chat where kids are running and jumping.The staff needs to step in and make sure the area is cleared for health and safety like there is a cafe upstairs go and sit there and still keep an eye on your child or 1 adult can stand around instead of 10!

After long thinking about it due to many bad online reviews about this place we decided to celebrate my son's 7th birthday at Flip Out Brent Cross. So I wanted to write our own experience in case it may help other people to decide whether using Flip Out or not. We were a group of 8 kids (2 adults in charge) and we were there on a slot 11-12:30. Even being midday and on a Sunday, it wasn't as crowded as I expected it was going to be. They close the jumping arena arranging slots to control the amount of people that are in and for us it worked perfectly. I remember reading about the staff being too young, unprepared and not paying attention. That wasn't my impression at all. Yes you could tell they were young but why would that be a problem? Everyone we talked to was attentive and polite and there was staff on each different area of the arena and I could see they were paying attention and telling kids when they were being rough or too many jumping on the same trampoline. We had food, which was more than acceptable (sandwiches, fruit and vegetables, pizzas and juices) and the quantities were perfect for our party. We were given more water, food, plates, etc each time we requested it. We were in the Earth room which looks great all decorated like a forest and had air con which was a blessing after all the sweating the previous hour. Last, we would like to thank and recommend our host Tamar, who was absolutely fantastic. Super engaging with the kids and very helpful at all times entertaining and keeping the group in control. Megan was with us in the room as well and she was great, even took some of the kids to a toilet break when my wife and I were a bit busy with something else. All in all a fantastic experience, all the kids had the best time and our birthday boy was incredibly happy.

I came there before and there was foam pits and now it's not that fun anymore it is only 3 things to do because they took out most of the things but my experience was ok.

Kids seem to love it. From an adult point if you this place is dirty and not supervised properly. It's pretty much run by teenagers. I dont think I have ever seen anyone looking older than 25. They make you sign a disclaimer so of course if something happen it's your own fault. However the children should be supervised and they should take that responsibility on seriously.

Well my son actually said 5 stars. He had a lovely birthday there but for me it was 3 stars. This place reeks the smell of sewer and sweat. Its not well ventilated and the party rooms are in constant use. Toilets do not appear to be cleaned and maintained regularly. The staff on the floor are not useful with the exception on the lady on theNinja maze. The place is very overcrowded but I believe this is because they did not design it properly. There is a lack of dead space between all the activities so no where for parents to stand. Compared to Oxygen Acton it just doesnt feel as safe. Ok those are the bad bits. The good bits were the kids loved it. They all had fun. The party host was a nice girl who helped a bit esecially at the start to get us booked in. It was nice not to have to clean up. The party room was only ours for an hour but it was enough to set up eat pizza and cut a cake. Overall good but I doubt I will return.

Booking was easy. Communications from Natasha in the admin team were timely and she was very helpful with some last minute changes. Our party host, Sam, was fantastic. She was very organised all throughout the party and everything ran smoothly. Even more important, she built a great rapport with the children from the start and they had lots of fun playing games, trying different challenges and bouncing around.

Spent a good two hours at flip out today with my two kids who are very lively.It was nice to see that the staff are very helpful and caring. One staff member Amal was constantly helping my kids out of the foam as they enjoyed jumping in a lot. I would definitely bring my kids back here again.

Good venue for kids parties, as well as for just an hour of fun. A huge area consisting trampolines and foam cube pits for you to throw yourself into. There's also a disco ball pit, and an amazing Ninja Warrior-like course with various obstacles all over foam cube pits. The kids just love it!! The laser game is very disappointing and doesn't seem to either work, or have a point!! But the other activities will keep everyone occupied. There are plenty of lockers to store your gear, and there's also a cafe serving refreshments including Costa coffee. Note: it isn't a Costa coffee shop, they just sell Costa's coffee!

Good Facilities - way too many kids for the space and too little staff. There was no enough seating for the adults and the food and beverage counter had long ques and staff who were a little abrupt. Their reason for the same was that the equipment provided was not fit for purpose and slow. The kids really enjpyed the play, so the 3 stars.

Very nice venue: clean, spacious and well-maintained. In comparison to oxygen, it does not smell as badly of foot odour and the venue is well-maintained. The cafe serves what you'd expect at a fair price but the trampolining itself is very well created with loads of things to try apart from just bouncing. The staff are very knowledgable and helpful and not overly strict to the point of boredom. Shoutouts to Jacob who went to the effort of finding my phone at the bottom of the foam pit, very helpful. Would recommend for kids from 7 - 17

It was very fun however there's a grey area when you are 10-12 as the normal trampolines are not bouncy enough however you are not tall enough to use the adult zone. Despite this, if you get in the adult zone, it is very fun. Also, one of my kids was about half a centermeter short of the adult zone so I don't see the point of denying him the ability to play with his mate.

Great way to use up some energy for kids of all ages. The hour slot didn't seem enough and it was extremely hard to tear my toddler away from the place. Had some difficulties retrieving my things from the locker as my code wouldn't work but the helpful staff and manager were able to help unlock the locker. They also take party and group bookings. Not too dark in there except for the laser area which is obviously meant to be dark. Dedicated area for adults or those over 1.5 metres tall. Will definitely be returning.

They include regular trampolines and a adult stunt zone and a kids stunt zone, and a ninja warrior course. However for me it's overpriced at £12.50 (hence the 4 stars) for 1 hour but it gets cheaper with the second hour

Fantastic place for kids of all ages to spend hours. The different circuits make this place a lot more than just trampolines; there are separate areas for advanced skilled individuals and also toddlers. There is also a laser room to cool off the adrenaline after the jumping. Admittedly, asking customers to pay extra for socks at the entrance when customers already paid £25 pp is unfair.

I have been to flip out many times and today was extremely busy. My 2 years old daughter keep running in front of others and I felt sorry because she was not sure what she was doing and disturbing the other jumpers. Member of staff observing me name Omar said, it's ok sir and he gave her 2 minutes solely to jump and I was really pleased that the staff genuinely cared about every visitor regardless their age.

The Cub kids we went with loved it, got a bit boring as an adult helper. I enjoyed the temperature there but other adults complained to cold (understandable as kids are active). The reason it's 4 not 5 is lack of food choices at the cafe there would have been nice to order a portion of chips or something. Parking was easy. One big problem was we arrive at 6pm had the safety information (3 mins) then we had to wait outside the jumping area till 6:30. So the kids could see what was going on and not allowed to do it. Having to wait for ages to actually jump. Nice having lockers but when you got a group of children makes sure you write down what locker they were in. Was horrendous trying to work that out at the end....

Maybe it's fun for kids under the age of 14 but in reality if you don't trampoline as a proper hobby it's really not worth it. It's too expensive and there are just way to many kids there and just gets annoying after a while. Their adult flip section is fun only if you are already an experienced trampoliner.

We booked a party for my 3yr old. It was great, they all had fun. The service was amazing our party co-ordinator knew exsactly what she was doing and kept me informed of the changes along the way. Amazingly stress free experience for a group of kids all ages between 1-5ys given the age it can usually prove to be challenging. I’ve just had my son’s 7th birthday party at Flip Out Brent Cross and I must say that I was very impressed with our party host Tamrick. He went above and beyond to make the party as stress free as possible and made sure that all aspects of the party was taken care of. Even the booking process was very smooth and the people on the other end of the phone were very patient and helpful. Thank you all, can’t recommend this place high enough.

This place is great for kids, adults too😉 I went to the later jump times and I have to say it's better than when you go at peak times as it can get ridiculously busy. Very lively and the staff are great, friendly and helpful. They are all young and can interact well with kids, but seem to also be very responsible and they literally have eyes at the back of their heads, they don't miss a trick. I was particulary happy with a few members of staff, the girl on the desk whose name was Alexa I believe, was very nice and polite. And the boys who worked around the trampolines Janaied, Sedal, and Shakai were very helpful. The manager was also a nice lady but I never got her name. The only fault I'd have is that the toilets were a bit dirty.

Very poorly supervised. They show you a safety video with rules that are not enforced at all and each time I've been someone has been hurt! That being said the kids loved it. I would advise you to stick near your child and supervise them throughout.

Plenty of parking, offered to swap trampoline socks for free because they were from another centre. Two hours on weekdays is very reasonably priced plus during term times its very quite so we usually have the whole place to ourselves. The staff are friendly and down to earth. Great place to spend an evening if you have the stamina for it!

Junaid was the hero of a nice day out with the kids that turned nightmare. My child couldn't open the locker and got confused which one it was after she tried. Junaid was performing first aid to a young girl that had a little cut. I approach him cause I was tired and frausted of waiting then already more than an hour. We first tried to solve the problem then ask a manager Daria to help. She left us HANGING there. He was calm reserve very helpful even though he explained to us that he can not leave the jumping area. And didnt had a radio to get hold of the manager. I felt that I was a customer rather than another pound in the till. He acknowledge our frustration, reassured us that it will be solved sooner, apologised for the waiting. Finally a good customer service in the middle of the KO, customer service is from the start of till until the end. Thank you again to Junaid the only person that knows what's customers value.

Hard to reach by public transport, but a great place to take the kids and play yourself. Lots of trampolines like Oxygen, but with ninja warrior courses and giant foam pits. Basic cafe with WiFi for adults. Also some fun arcade games, including a big yoga ball that you roll for a VR game with animals rolling boulders up a hill. Laser obstacle room. Great venue for birthday parties.

First time going to a centre like this at ones I have enquired with not the same name but same idea toddlers have to go at a specific time which isn't convenient. My daughter 19 mnths old loved it she was able to burn energy and slept all night (thankyou!) Free lockers not too busy all staff interacted with were nice,great touch with meditation room. I didn't eat but I don't eat out as we are vegans and that's just the way we are but food and drink selection looked okay. Didn't get to go to the laser room but will be back for sure!

Pretty good hidden spot where you can enjoy a good hour of jumping around (or two if you have enough stamina like most of the kids around). There's trampolines for both adults and kids plus an adult parkour style area for adults and older kids only which makes it easier to enjoy without being too conscious about injuring the smaller ones in the center. You will need to rent "trampolining socks" which cost only 2.5GBP if you prefer to buy them. They're bright yellow and quite cool looking!

Nice friendly staff and VERY attentive, but trampolines aren't really bouncy (Oxygen has better). There's no way to wall run off a trampoline (pretty bad design). The laser room was out of service, but me and my friends were not compensated i.e given an extra hour free (the place was pretty empty, so I didn't see the problem allowing us to jump another hour) or a partial refund, as the laser room was the main attraction for us as no other place has it. Another problem, I and my friends were FORCED to buy their "special" socks even though we all had our own and guess what, I was slipping all over the place. The toilets also looked like a bomb had hit it. There's holes in the ceiling, piss on the floor, tissue everywhere. The foam pitts... what a nightmare! I was literally anchored into then, I couldn't even pull my leg up t get out - I had to get my mate to pull me up and out. I weigh around 80kg. I think the foam pit create a tight grip around whatever goes in and takes about 60 seconds to get out compared to the usual crawl and out in 10 seconds or less. Would I come back, maybe, but only if there was a monthly membership like Oxygen I Pay £25/m and can jump every day. I wouldn't pay £12.50 again for an hour. We've all decided to finish the evening at oxygen.

But were not other children behind! When i tried to intervene he got involved in argument. Conclusion: staff members need more training working with children, encoraging them to have fun, not preventing, and be more flexible, avoid "prison warden" attitude. It is nice place to go with children and spend couple of hours. We have been there twice and is so funny. Food is not really good and is so expensive.
