Very good customer service! I was so hesitant after reading reviews but decided to give it a try, turned out I had a great experience, the sa was very nice and patient, waited for me to choose and smiled throughout the whole time we were there, a few other staffs smiled and talked to me and my son as well, lovely people.

There was no queue the day I came and only 1 other customer. I received 5* service :) Spent about half an hour choosing and finally deciding. Thank you to SA Eline, for being so patient and accomodating!

Although there was a wait out the front, if you get there a little early you can avoid this.
People complain about the wait times or that they find the staff rude. What I find rude is people going in without any idea of what they may want in the first place and taking up peoples time asking to see things in various colours, sizes, etc. there are examples of all of their pieces on display, so don’t ask to see another colour unless your going to pull your wallet out and buy it!
I urge anyone going here to do a little research on the product you want to purchase!

Arrived on a rainy Friday around 11:30 with only 1 person in line ahead of me and waiting about 5min before I got in. The SA helping me seemed indifferent and I felt she was quite frustrated with my indecisiveness. I did not do my homework ahead of time and only had a vague idea of what I wanted, and she did not try to help by asking what I was looking for. I wish the store had colour options to review somewhere instead of asking multiple times to see the ring with the swatches.
Short wait to cash out and the lady was very friendly. Had to ask for a plastic bag as it was raining outside. Overall experience not what I expected from a luxury store but when they have tons of people waiting outside, I guess level of service is not important.
