This is an excellent shop. It's extremely well stocked, and staffed by knowledgeable, courteous and friendly people who really do know what they are talking about. The shop is lovely, and it has a beautiful gallery space. For all art materials, including canvases and high-quality framing it's a superb resource.

Wonderful shop, wonderful staff, helpful, enthusiastic and, most importantly, incredibly knowledgeable because they are all artists themselves. Products of a consistently high quality, even the cheaper options, with an extensive stock. Laid out so that you can both find what you need but also likely come across something with which you are unfamiliar which opens up another avenue of creative possibility! Popping in is a joy.

Beautiful art supply shop with a fantastic range for all styles and abilities. perfect for gifts for art lovers, the reason I visited, but if I were an artist myself I doubt I'd go anywhere else. Also sells some framed pieces and art-related antiques, as well as a good range of very attractive gift cards and wrapping paper. Great staff too. Well worth a detour.

The shop was really interesting, full of incredible art supplies and a immaculately curated gallery. The staff were really quick to engage and offer help, they really went above and beyond. One of my favourite shops in London and now with the gallery space an amazing place to see established and new artists. The staff are so knowledgable without being overbearing and always have a lot of patience for a novice painter like me.

What a fantastic gallery - as soon as I arrived there for the Summer exhibition you could really sense the gallery bringing everyone together, what a lovely place! Kind, sweet staff and was frustrated to see so many pieces taken which I would've purchased for myself if they hadn't been sold already. Do yourself a favour and come check out this magical gem in South Kensington!

Green & Stone..I have no idea why I have never checked out this lovely art shop before. Glad I finally did though. Much like the Tardis it is SO much bigger on the inside than it appears from the street. Has everything you could possibly want if you are into creating art..and in all the flavours too. One of the best art supply shops in London, or even the UK. They have an amazing selection and stock a huge range of items, from ordinary paints, pens, and markers to picture hanging tools, a dizzying array of framing options, and everything in between. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and beyond helpful - when I needed to decide on gilt frames, picture rails, and preserving old prints they went out of their way to make sure I had all the information to make an informed choice. Unlike a chain retailer where everything is on display, here you'll need to ask as many items may be behind the counters or stuffed in storage rooms.

The staff are personable, knowledgeable and very experienced. They know what artists want. This is one of my must-go-to shops in London.
