R. E.I visited Growell Hydroponics in Merton last Monday with a young person interested in pursing hydroponics as a career. We had a warm welcome from Jonny and a new colleague who recently joined the staff team, both of whom were clearly knowledgeable in their field and passionate about what they do. It was really refreshing to go into a retail store to be met with staff who are authentic, wholehearted and keen to share their enthusiasm with customers. Jonny went above and beyond to explain all the products and in doing so, made the young person feel comfortable and inspired. Growell are privileged to have such a strong team on board.
