Karen is super helpful and the shop is literally like an Aladdin's Cave of Wonders! The ground floor is full of accessories, props, wings, wands, wigs and all sorts of Fancy Dress paraphernalia. Down the spiral staircase to the basement leads to a room full of rows and rows of well organised costumes, shoes and even more accessories, you could spends hours down there getting lost in a world of pure imagination. If, in the unlikely event they don't have what you need, there's a massive catalogue and they will order what you need and text you when it's ready to collect. Customer Service is exemplary. 10/10 would definitely recommend. A true Gem in the area.

Absolutely brilliant, I didn't buy any costumes yet, however the Grinch that was promoting the shop kept me entertained and any passer by that was there, I had a quick glance in the shop and they seem to have anything you would need to throw a party or for dress ups. Very friendly

Great place for your costume needs. Can get very busy near Halloween as we found out and being a small shop packed full of stock and a lot of customers it can get hard getting around in there. If you can't find anything to fit your costume needs in there then I'll be shocked with the amount of stock they have, costumes, accessories, makeup, if it gore you need it's there but they cater for other needs as well if just for fancy dress you should find something. Good that they have changing rooms as well so you can try on costumes. Great staff as well and very helpful.

Wonderful shop full of fantastic dressing up gear! The guys who run this place are amazing. I’ve been 3 times now and on the third occasion Karen went over and above to help me with an outfit for my 8 year old when a couple of pieces weren’t in stock. I’ll certainly be back

Harlequin Party Shop did an absolutely amazing job of the balloons for my cousin’s party. Karen and her husband were so helpful in the build up and on the day itself. They were so accommodating and made the whole thing really easy. Would definitely use them again. Thank you so much!

Me and a friend went before world book Day. The shop has a huge range of costumes to rent or buy, and many accessories. The staff (especially Karen) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The prices were also extremely affordable! What a gem!!

Great local costume and accessories shop. Find costumes from Harry Potter to the Black Panther. You can also create your our own costumes from the range of products If you are creative. If you plan in advance you can order the costume you want from their catalogue range. Accepts card payment.

The owner /sales lady is excellent. She is friendly and assisted us with our purchase. Lots of choice at reasonable prices. Parking is available near the shop. I would go back again.

Looks like a nice small local shop from the road, but amazing selection inside (absolutely packed full) and pretty good prices and quick service. Reasonable hire terms even around Halloween e.g. return in several days. The exact costume we wanted was there and there were several other intriguing options.
