Great store for Harry Potter, and Game of Thrones merchandise! The ambience was really nice, the whole store has been designed as if it were in Hogwarts. You will get every type of Harry potter trinket or merchandise possible, like in the Warner Bros studios.

Super interesting place to visit, especially if you fan of Harry Potter movie or books. So much to see here. The atmosphere are really taking you in magic world. Great place for all family. In the second floor you can find the other items from fantastic movies. Very recommended to visit and enjoy the atmosphere.

I’ve been here before being a huge Harry Potter fan and now they opened a new section, this time more inspired by Vikings and fantasy merchandising. I’ve purchased 4 Vikings T-shirts and one necklace. There are some items for kids, real swords for adults, items for fantasy and gothic lovers.. Wonderful place to visit. They have all the everyday objects from all popular books including Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Vikings, Game of Thrones etc. Prices are bit spicy but fair for the products. Strongly recommended if you're into the fantasy world.

Not bad range of Wizarding World merchandise. They do increase the price of the Noble products by at least 15-20% so if you want these head to Hamleys or Neal Street. They also offer Vikings and Game of Thrones Merch. The shop is laid out very well and has great decor.

Best thing about the Hogwarts shop was the chess set,but it was only in the window not inside and no price ticket. Judging by high prices of the many small trinkets it would cost a fortune though! Interesting for Potter fans, and tourists looking for gifts.

A must go for Harry Potter fans! This is the best place to find collectibles for the series. There are also some Game of Thrones merchandise upstairs, though the selection is smaller than expected. Many reviewers say it can get very crowded but when I went there at noon after New Year's Day there were only about 10 people in the store, so I got lucky I guess. The shop was dimly lit and moody which I really liked. It's very enjoyable to just wander around in the shop...when it's not busy!

There was this gentleman with dip-dyed fringe who was very kind and helpful. He realised some customers ahead were inconsiderately hogging up the line and opened up a counter just to help me out (as I was actually rushing to get my PCR test done). Bless you, kind man! They have diaries and plenty unusual merch for your liking. The staff is also pretty friendly. This place has everything even a Oculus 3d experience stations that you can check out upstairs. This is by far one of my favourite stores in London.

A must if you're a Harry Potter fan, they have clothing, replica props, toys, plushies, books, Wizard Tears (cream soda 😋) and lots of fun stuff to show house pride. Also have a Game of Thrones and Lord of the Rings section too. Staff were really pleasant, and it's in a perfect location. Don't forget that in the books, Leaky Cauldron(and Diagon Alley) was located on Charing Cross Road 😉

I absolutely love this place! you have such a wide and amazing collection of products. I am also so impressed with the staff, they are so nice! I am deaf and my father is as well, whom I once brought to this store. The first time I entered the shop I was mind blown to be greeted by a young lady who knew British Sign Language, I believe she signed her name to be "Jasmin". This was so rare and absolutely never happens to me! So thank you, she was extremely helpful. We found the perfect wand and she made the shopping experience just as magical for us. Will be coming back!

Having this shop here was just perfect! It's best to come during night time because it's much less crowded.They have best staffs there to assist with everything . From the sweeping staircase to the tall old book cases and marble archways...this shop is sure to wow any Harry Potter fan. The shop sells the same things as the Warner bros studio and for around the same price. The Game of thrones section is small and upstairs...not as good as the hp stuff but still a must visit for any fan of either franchise. I had a good mooch round for an hour and loved every minute. Staff were really friendly and polite and nice. 5 stars from me and my mum!!!

Being a hardcore Harry Potter fan, House of Spells was heaven like experience for me. I was just there for a couple of minutes just roaming around, feeding my enthusiasm. I found some rare beautiful wands like the wand used Snape, and everything is in perfect shape. And it goes without saying that the staffs working there are awesome. Especially the young guy named Vishnu, he knows his stuff and he knows his store. Was a great time.. will definitely go back again.. once in back in UK

It's a really nice place for anything Harry Potter. A small section of Game of Thrones upstairs with a couple bits of Lord of the Rings memorabilia dotted around. There was a VR setup that was available to try out too. In terms of products to buy there's not a lot of difference to anywhere else that sells collectibles, I would like to see some exclusive items.

They also have plushies of Hedwig and much more merchandise. The prices were not too high, and friendly staffs like vishnu although it's very hard to choose something to buy amidst all of the amazing merchandise. It's definitely worth a visit!

Such lovely, enthusiastic and helpful staff! I bought a wand is a gift and I didnt look inside the box. Turned out one end of the wand was a little crumbled so I took it back and one of the staff was more than happy to exchange it for me. She even checked twice to make sure she'd given me a perfectly shaped wand with no unnatural scratches. She seemed more worried about it than me. I tend to get anxious about that sort of stuff, but she put me at total ease! I love this place so much!

Yesterday in my strolling through the London street, I came across this cute place which at first glance I mistook as 'Weasleys Wizard Wheezes' from Harry Potter. This place is a real Wonderland where you can find all those merchandise of your favorite series and movies. It's designed in such a tempting way that they have a lots of products from Harry Potter and Game of thrones that you will end up confused what to buy. Whilst my eyes lit up, when I first saw the outside, my heart sank when I went inside, some of the products for sale were genuinely Game of Thrones or Harry Potter related, they were at ridiculous prices. I normally don’t leave reviews for anything, but this experience was just fantastic. I visited House of Spells this morning with my two grandchildren, one of which has Down Syndrome. One member of staff - Mahima - who I ended up having a lengthy conversation with, delivered one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She treated my granddaughter the exact same way she would treat any other customer. We usually get told that she can’t touch anything in stores because they see that she has a disability, however Mahima kindly let her not only come close to the swords, but even hold one and also took pictures for us. Simply amazing and will 100% be recommending to all my friends and family !

I'll go with the good first... the staff on the floor were incredibly helpful and approachable. They would say hello and offer help. They answered all questions given in a friendly way and if they didnt know the answer they would find out promptly from other staff - extremely helpful. Then there was one of the staff (she might have been a manager? I think so from the way other staff spoke to her) INCREDIBLY HELPFUL!! Clearly knew what she was talking about and worked hard to help me find what I was looking for. Was extremely polite and friendly, was great chatting to her! Clearly passionate about Harry Potter! I didnt quite catch her name (I do think I heard a staff member call her Angel or something along those lines?) This then leads me to the bad... Those who were clearly managers were unhelpful and dare I say rude. There was a member of staff in the House of Spells on their phone whilst the girl on the till was dealing with a large queue (she was extremely apologetic about it when it was my turn so I cant fault her for that, she was clearly trying her best to be fast). The manager didnt seem to know their own products. A manager did approach me on the floor and when I told him what I was looking for he started to bring me the wrong things and eventually gave up and got Angel (again, sorry if that's wrong!) . The products themselves were pretty good but I would say they were pretty overpriced for what some of them were! I've seen some product cheaper in other places but I guess they've got to make money. VR looked fun but wasnt very well advertised. The staff upstairs were also extremely friendly and happy to answer my questions about the VR. Overall, great staff (with an exception of the person on their phone not helping on the till), not so great managers (except Angel!) and decent products!

Who wouldn't like to ride a dragon even if it's only for a few minutes across a few beautiful mountains? I definitely did. An excellent contraption the muggles call a "VR experience" in the top floor of this establishment comes close. As close it can get without the dangers of involving a real dragon.The house of spells seems to also have a few hidden rollercoasters within the building. I would definitely like to try one.
