We were really hoping for next day delivery on paints we ordered (last minute job!) and even though unfortunately the paints didn't make it on to their delivery truck for the day, customer service was super helpful in making sure the paint still got to us on time by car. Really appreciate the extra help and effort from Mylands in getting paint to us ASAP - thanks very much!

Lovely experience. Tthis paint is special - the crushed marble in the emulsion gives a lovely texture. The Factory Shop in West Norwood is open to all. The guy inside was so helpful giving advice on brushes and rollers and how to cut is etc. He even explained that the full colour depth of the paint will not appear fully until after several days. They have nice panels where you can select your colour etc. Recommended. So much better than buying Dulux, Farrow and Ball and similar from the 'big shed' DIY outlets.

On two separate occasions, Gary has been extremely helpful, and patient, with the technical advice he has given me. I subsequently ordered some paint and, unfortunately, there was an issue (not their fault) with delivery. A lady called Emma got involved and the paint was with me before 10am the very next day. If the rest of the Mylands staff are this good, and I am sure they are, they have a fantastic team.

The product is very expensive but not without reason. The staff were extremely helpful after phoning them when Brewers messed my order up. They sorted my order out and even sent one can of paint to my house. When I visited thei shop in West Norwood, once again so helpful and knowledgable. Wouldn’t use anything else when a top finish is required.
