Things can and do go wrong, but how a business deals with it is what really counts. Kensington Design handled a delivery snafu with grace and charm, I was kept in the loop the entire time, never had to chase them for an update and they kindly absorbed the cost of re-delivery. GREAT customer service.

Kensington Design what a shop, lovely on trend pieces. Sat in the middle of Kensington their staff are really very helpful. They are multitalented, not only do interior design but can help with organising heavier building alterations as part of their brief.

They are all so chilled in there. You can just sit around for hours, ask for their WiFi code and they will give you a cup of tea and you can sit there all day.
