Sadly, I've been in the art business for 50 years, and, hand on heart, I have not come across a better selection of Japanese Meiji art, inside or outside a museum. In my time I can assure you that so many great quality art/antique dealers are "up their back sides". 9including me on occasion!) Dealing with the knowledgeable staff at this establishment is an absolute pleasure and you come away as though you would from friends (albeit, in my case, a few thousand pounds lighter but with a masterpiece.) Well recommended for the both the serious collector or the "collector to be" because whether you're spending or not, they make so much time for you imparting their knowledge.
