Very happy with the service I received from Lee banks Carpet Centre. I had my stairs done a number of years ago and wanted to match this carpet for the living room. Lee was very helpful in allowing me to borrow some samples from the shop (over night )after I had some samples posted out but they were not the right match. The carpet fitters were very friendly and professional and did a great job. I recommend this carpet shop on the Essex Road and hope that I will be able to use their services again in the future.

Fitted my Carpet nice, good quality - very lovely staff at the shop, however one of the two fitters was very unhelpful and seemed so annoyed to be there made me feel uncomfortable which should definitely not be the case. It’s a shame he let the service down.

Couldn’t be more helpful. I just popped in for a small piece of Lino and they gave me it free. You don’t get that from Amazon. Always shop local. Let’s give the good guys our support.

Always head straight to Lee Banks whenever I want carpet - either for my own home or for a client. Good old fashioned service, they are really helpful. Do go into the store, they have a large selection on show and will be really accommodating. They did a great job recently for a stair runner for me.

Nice range of carpets (from budget to mid range, with some high end). The range of wood flooring is not as vast, but probably adequate for most residential needs. We ordered a large piece of carpet to be edged and used as a rug. The finished quality was very good, delivery was speedy, and customer contact from Lee and the team was efficient. Very happy to recommend.
