Hands down the best paint shop for miles. Amazing customer service, brilliant manager who will always go out of her way to help find the best products for the job and really friendly staff that clearly know what they're talking about. 10/10 cheers guys

Great advice by the store manager, very helpful for a DIY beginner like me. Lots of items available like painter's tape, brushes, rollers. I also like all the paint samples from Little Greene on show in this store. Beautiful paint - we used it at home.

Such great service here. I’m always a little apprehensive when I enter a decorating shop, because I’m far from an expert - I know what I want but I’m never sure how to achieve it. I spoke to George who clearly laid things out for me, offered me a hot drink and patiently waited for me to pick two colours to have mixed. I left a happy customer. Friendly and informed.

Outstanding Service!! I went into London Decorators Merchants looking for some Farrow and Ball floor paint after being told how fantastic the service was. I have to say I was not disappointed. I was served by an older man I think his name was John, he explained to me that Farrow and Ball have stopped selling floor paint and now recommend a product called Modern Eggshell which they don't hold in stock currently. He offered to order it in especially for me which I agreed expecting to collect two or three days later to my amazement I was called just three hours later to be told that my order had arrived. If that wasn't impressive enough he then offered to deliver my order as well free of charge! WOW!

This shop couldn't be more helpful. I was greeted kindly when I came into the shop and asked multiple times if I needed help without the staff being overwhelming or pushy. When I told Natalie the sales assistant what I wanted, she came back with recommendations immediately and knew to upsell which I didn't mind at all as she did it so impeccably. Well done to the team and management; the hardware shops on AcreLane are such a gift to the local area, if you're looking for other materials that LDM don't carry, i'd recommend crossing the road to AcreLane builders merchants who also have amazing service from knowledgable staff.
