Reviews of London Review Bookshop
M. A.
One of my favourite independent bookshop in london with cafe and knowledgeable staff. Great collection of books from all genres.
A. I.
Had the tomato red bean stew with mushroom pate on sourdough. Unfortunately, I could not finish them up. They were so good and so filling! The coffee was delicious too. I had such a pleasant time there.
N. A. S.
OKAY the mushroom pate and sourdough bread /chef's kiss/ so delicious! I love the bookshop because like if you can't decide what books to buy, you could sit down and think about it while enjoying some delicious food. Highly, highly recommend! And the staff there are very friendly 🥰
c. m.
Lovely bookstore with a nice cafe, perfect for book, cake and tea lovers. Helpful staff with very good recommendations
J. P.
This was by far one of the best book stores I have ever been to. It has a phenomenal collection of books. I often struggle to find books about science that aren’t of the pop-science type. No lack of them here. They carry great quarterly publications, books by Verso publications and a great section on contemporary politics. 10/10 recommend to any book nerd.
Also, they have restrooms if you’re looking for one in the area. Always a plus side.
N. M.
Gorgeous little bookshop, delicious cakes with unusual flavours. A but squashed in with tables and not very much space for move inside, but a lovely seating area out the back with more space.
D. K.
One of the most decent bookshops in central London, both in scope and range of the books. It is possible to be stuck here for a while because of the cozy atmosphere and interesting books. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as to the literature and bookselling, obviously. Apart from a large range of fine literature and non-fiction, the shop also offers a wide variety of books on different studies, from Classics and Philosophy to Psychology, Architecture and Physics.
c. S.
Just a block away from the British Museum, this iconic landmark book shop is a delight.
N.
London review bookshop located in the heart of Bloomsbury, just a Rosetta Stone’s throw from the British Museum, the London Review Bookshop has established itself as an essential part of the capital’s cultural life. Opened in 2003 by the 'London Review of Books', it’s a place for people who love books to meet, talk, drink excellent tea and coffee, consume delicious cake, and of course, browse.
S.
Lovely bookshop. Friendly staff. Great cake and beverages!
A. M.
This is a beautiful spot for reading when the weather's great and the staff are really friendly. The coffee wasn't to my taste in that it wasn't as smooth as I'm used to and the muffin was a little dry but I'd still go back for the vibes.
I. A.
Great book shop. Knowledgable staff. Stuffed with interesting books. Hosts brilliant author events. Lovely tea and cake in the cafe bit!
B. G.
Incredibly cosy place in the heart of London, offering a good selection of teas, cakes and small meals at an affordable pricing. Very friendly staff and the books are just a grab away. Totally recommend it for a cup of anything.
C. M.
A lovely and spacious bookshop with a wide selection of books to choose from. The booksellers are also very inviting and helpful :) I haven't tried their connected cafe yet, but it's a definitely a bonus!
L. B.
Interesting selection of books. *Not* just another formerly-independent shop taken over by Waterstones.
N. H.
A marvellous book shop, as you would imaging, being the outlet of a major literally review publication. Definitely pop in should you be around the museum.
B. B.
Lovely airy shop, friendly and knowledgeable staff, very inclusive. Runs a fascinating and varied series of evening events - and cake.
P. J.
Great selection of books in a compact bookshop near British Museum.
j. b.
Curated and collated with a keen eye and a deft touch, acknowledging the commercially viable, the canonically entrenched with a nod here to the “small presses” and the divergent. Reasonable and coherent depth across the disciplines and genres.
Also hosting a busy schedule of readings and events.
A relaxed and agreeable ‘tea-room.’
Enthused and engaging staff.
Edifying and unconditionally genteel.
S. H.
An amazing range of books, with friendly staff and a cafe
R. L. F.
One of my favourite bookstores in London. I stop in almost every time I'm down.
B. C.
Love this book shop... there's so much more than just books... though it's mostly books. But it's just has that sense of calmness and tranquility, you know that feeling of just getting lost in your own little far away world as you pick up those interesting covers and read those first pages on a new book. Staff are usually very knowledgeable and helpful. Plus there's lots of little gift ideas all dotted around the shelves, such as pretty wrapping papers and handmade greeting cards, information on writing and debating courses and classes and all sorts...(well not now so much, because of Covid) but I'm sure all those events will be coming back soon - fingers crossed. But the greatest thing about this tiny bookshop is the adjoining cafe... always busy...but I'm not at all surprised, the food is exceptional... I've written a review on that separately as it has its own section.
But do visit if you ever get a chance...buy a book and read it in the cafe ✨
g.
Just a quick look in! Seems a nice place to visit again. There's an outdoor place, probably for meals and snacks?; a coffee room; and a well stocked downstairs-upstairs bookshop. Must visit again.
H. C.
Had a tea and browsed the shelves. Great atmosphere.
L. S.
I love this bookshop. The location is great, just near the British Museum. I go there every time I'm in London, it's so easy to feel at home The poetry stock is fantastic, it's easy to browse every section of the shop and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. There are late shopping nights when free drinks are available. There are readings and events, which I've enjoyed greatly even when I knew no-one, it doesn't feel cliquey. There is a tea shop, which serves beautiful tea and food, but it's very small, the tables are really close together, so conversations do invade each other.
R. J.
One of the best in London. Not as big as other giants but here u will find true gems. Worth a visit if u r into poetry fiction non-fiction etc. They have literary magazines as well.
J. H.
Lovely little coffee shop here that's worth a special visit.
C. C.
Great bookshop and lovely cafe, great coffee and nice, freshly baked muffins. The staff is very friendly and helpful
C. Y.
Lovely bookshop with nice cafe serving great coffee and cake!
M. T.
One of London’s loveliest bookshops, with a cafe serving cakes that I would spend my whole day in if I could. The kind of place where you go for one thing, and leave with a tote bag of books you didn’t know you’ve always wanted to read after perusing what’s laid out on the table.
B. C.
I have attended both events held here and "normal bookshop" mode and it has always been great. It I s a very nice, modern space spread over two floors. It backs onto a courtyard and a cafe which gives it an extra edge - what's better than books and cake?
M. S.
Favourite bookshop in London, how do they get so much in such a small space?
S. C.
Wonderful selection of books in a light and airy space
A. T.
Very cozy place with extremely friendly staff and great coffee/snacks.
K. P.
Loved my recent trip there as was needing a decent read to help me through my 10 day hospital stay. Helpful staff and a good coffee shop. 3 weeks after my visit there a nice member of staff stopped me in the street and we had a lovely chat. I had to disappoint here by not being an old friend she thought I was.
C. M.
I adore this shop. They have the best selection of Academic and provoking books I think I have ever seen. Most impressively, they do not show a bias to the right or the left, only a bias toward good writing. With knowledgeable (and good looking) staff and a lovely coffee shop attached, this is a place I spend over and hour every time I can when I pass through London. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
A.
Very well stocked book shop close to the British Museum. When we visited there was a nice display of books by Eileen Chang, the famous Chinese author. We had a casual lunch which was surprisingly good. A rich mushroom soup and a crispy bacon and prune baguette. Great coffee also from Monmouth roasters.
M. R.
Lovely quaint little hidden gem inside a bookshop. My friend took me here and the staff are so friendly. Their warm spiced apple juice is to definitely die for. And their range of cakes and pastries are divine. Definitely worth having a sneaky visit whilst exploring what the bookshop inside has to offer. A treat after your purchase
K. H.
This bookshop is accompanied by a cafe (with really tasty cake) which works nicely after a lengthy session looking for books.
R. C. H.
Beautiful bookshop! Smart and well presented with a fantastic selection on a broad range of topics. Beautiful volumes are well selected and displayed. Friendly staff.
Smart little coffee shop on the side is fantastic and a must for lunch. The small changeable menu contains some of the most delicious small dishes in the area. I had the goats cheese and persimmon sourdough toast with gin-soaked cranberries and it was a taste explosion! Service was pleasantly at the table as it gets busy and it's a bit tight.
The tea menu is superb and extensive. The good teas are often serves in beautiful glass teapots - a range of green and white teas as well as black. The white tea is delicious! Not very cheap but worth it for what you get and the area.
O. B.
Lovely little book shop with knowledgeable staff and a charming cafe next door. Girls behind the till were friendly and the coffee was good. Plenty of non-dairy options too (choice of soya, coconut or oat milk). Can't comment on the taste of the cakes, but they did look nice and fresh.
S. B. S.
Great book store, good choice, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
J. T.
Great books, great cafe.
T. K.
Super cool shop with cafe. A lot of interesting book selections with handwritten recommendations from staff
U. R.
Lovely oasis from surrounding touristy venues. Nourishment for body and soul in small cafe with good range of imaginative vegetarian (?) food at lunch. Tea/coffee and cake also. Lunch dishes mostly £6.50, wonderful value in this area. Friendly service. A great find in a real bookshop.
G. F.
Always a good choice for a quick lunch in a quirky location. The food is good and never boring. As well as sitting inside the bookshop, which sometimes gets quite crowded, there's the possibility to sit outside which I would highly recommend on a sunny day. The books available are not bad either :)
T. S.
Very lovely bookshop and cafe!! Just love the warm and relaxing atmosphere there. Had two types of tea with Malaysian Banana Coffee Cake aside. A staff was very friendly enough to explain the menu and how it works with the tea. Just lovely!!
A. H.
I'd never been here before, however after a morning at the British Museum to see the excellent Munch exhibition and a tasty Ramen lunch, we went to this cosy and friendly cafe for more tea and a homemade cake. The lunch food looked excellent too - so I'll definitely be back. Spent half an hour looking through the bookshop, which you could probably spend hours in. Extensive and well designed/curated.
L.
A bookshop and a bustling cafe in one, owned and run by the magazine publishers of the same name. The bookshop is full of exciting new finds and old friends, the coffee shop is light, airy, stocked with good cakes and is a great place for people watching. A popular hang out amongst London's intellectuals, it's well worth a trip.
E. R.
I love this place- it is a great alternative to all the chains in the area, and the cakes are homemade on a daily basis. It is ALWAYS packed to the rafters, and can be impossible to get a seat at busy times, but they have a lovely selection, including vegan, gluten and dairy free options. There is always a wide variety of literary material, both in the café and the shop. I find myself regularly taking clients there for meetings.
S. N.
One of the highlights of my trips to London; a place I dream about when I'm not there. It's a remarkable melding of a first-rate independent bookshop with both breadth and its own identity and a first-rate cafe. Everything I've tried there is delicious; the tea service is elegant and the tea top-notch; and the staff is lovely. What is not to love?
J. R.
Good selection of books, more obscure than a bigger shop like Foyles (which obviously beats this out as the best new-books bookshop). I can't speak on fiction or the café - I wasn't there to get expensive coffee, after all - but they do have a decent philosophy section (relatively robust with regards to Adorno and his ilk, although lacking in more classic works). In terms of poetry it's the only bookshop I've encountered with enough care and dedication to stock the Hollander translation of Inferno (you may notice my relatively arbitrary checklist for a good bookshop). Maybe more competitive prices could compel me to shop there rather than the internet. Finally, it's close to a couple bookshops, and with a 8 or so minute walk you can get to Skoob or Judd Books.
C. H.
One of my all time favourite tea-cake-book places, this gem has a lovely cafe with superb cake and coffee and tea selection. The service is prompt and friendly and there's a nice courtyard behind the shop for sunbathing in summer. The book selection and curation is superb- it feels more like browsing the shelves of a friend with great taste than a traditional bookshop as they are slipped horizontally on top of shelves and squeezed in stacks, leading you to titles you'd never normally look at. There's also some lovely cards- a good one stop for presents!
M. K.
Wonderful selection of books from all genres, both fiction and non. With a lovely reading space downstairs and some delicious cafe treats on offer to boot. Thoroughly recommend a visit to all.
K. R.
Oh how I love this place! As a book geek I find this place an oasis of calm. Bloomsbury is lovely anyway, but this bookshop is just wonderful. I always end up buying more books than I really need - both fiction and non-fiction. The staff are lovely and it's just a delight.
C. S.
What's not to love? An exceptionally well curated and wide selection of books, including (but definitely not limited to) the sometimes hard to find books covered in the Review itself, interesting contemporary writing of all styles, and multiple translations of classics. Haven't tried the cake shop yet.
E. R.
Great selection of books. Recommendations from Gayle are invaluable.
S. H.
This is my favourite bookshop in London. Always a great selection of books, very friendly staff, and a cafe to sit in once you've made all your purchases.
B. R.
Well-curated - good selection of poetry downstairs.
M. M.
A very pleasant display of well chosen books for everyone's tastes. Friendly and helpful staff. Adjacent cake shop very tempting too. Might become my favourite bookshop soon.
Z. M.
Beautiful, eclectic bookshop with a lovely atmosphere and even lovelier staff. Would recommend to book-lovers and everyone else too - you can't go wrong popping in for a visit!
D. H.
The finest independent bookstore in London. Fantastic selection of books. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Look at out for frequent author events. Cafe available in same store.
E. S.
Lovely place, a short stroll from the British Museum. So after wandering grand rooms and marble staircases full of extraordinary artefacts stolen from round the world, you can have a nice chat and coffee with friends at LRB. Find a novel by an author you've never heard of, lose your sense of time browsing piles of shiny new volumes and enjoy the shelves of old friends. Helpful staff, chatty fellow customers and gluten free almond cake, what more can the literary heart desire?
S. J.
One of the best bookshops in London. They also have a cafe alongside where today I had one of the top five best lunches I have ever had (gazpacho). The food is as fresh as the book selection.
A. S.
There are many reasons to love the London Review Bookshop - excellent layout, decent selection of fiction and non-fiction, reasonable prices - but this shop's greatest asset has to be its cafe next door. It's small and a bit narrow, but they have a wonderful selection of teas from around the world (the chai is particularly lovely), chirpy staff and tasty salads.
S. D.
This little dream of a bookshop (lots of history, beautiful layout, gift-worthy items everywhere, staff that know their stuff) is improved even more by the Review of Cakes; an airy cafe with a great selection of cakes and teas. When we went in, it was quite busy and we took ages to get our tea but that’s a small price to pay for an oversize slab of chocolate cake with sour cream and a pot of proper tea. Great for visiting parents, tourists or charming those booky types.
C. C.
Bookshop is nice and relaxed and you can sit for a while, staff are present but don't bug you. Not sure if the cafe is considered the same entity but the staff there were verging on rude, and the stupid rule about not having table service outside (bringing us our lunch in wasteful plastic boxes with flimsy plastic cutlery) means I won't be returning to eat what was otherwise good food.
H. F.
Nicest place I've been to in London thus far. Tasty food, great coffee and the most welcoming staff you ever did meet. The book selection is absolutely stellar to boot. Would recommend.
D. E.
I'd never been here before, my friend took me, and it was a lovely space and place, great atmosphere and a good selection of food. My problem was I am a celiac who cannot take anything with cows milk, they had gf and the had vegan but not both. Ho hum, when many other places do cater for diary and GF Celiacs, many others do not, so hence dropped one star. Otherwise lovely coffee.
M. R.
How to review the London Review Bookshop? Of course, it's insane - expensive, packed full of LRB-reading pretentious types, and rather unnecessary. But that doesn't change the fact that the selection of cakes is very good, and it's got a warm and friendly atmosphere. Pity I'll just go and buy the books online, really!
C.
Stopped by the cafe and had the most delicious falafel wraps and cakes! Would highly recommend.
S. B.
Brilliant bookshop, happened upon it by accident, and very glad I did. I asked about a book I was looking for and the staff were able to tell me that it is currently out of print in the UK, and tell me which of the author's books are still available. Very impressed. Reminded me of the Shop around the Corner from You've Got Mail.
F. C.
Nice place, very small though and waited to be surrounded by books (which not). The same with the size of lunch food portions...too small for the price. The best: the cakes. Different types, vegan options.
Y. F.
A brilliant bookshop. It is rare that I walk into a book shop and just want to grab everything on display! Such great taste in books.
M. D.
Years and years I studied and worked and shopped and found entertainment in this area, but never found this place. I stumbled on it taking a slow meandering walk to the British Museum from the Barbican. A large and well-chosen selection of books. I went in there and thought I'd get one, ended up with three. I had to stop myself looking around.
S. W.
I am a frequent visitor to this bookshop and in my opinion it is a great place where you will you feel relaxed. I still remember the first book I had bought - Wuthering Height by Emily Bronte. Since then I have always been impatient to buy a new book or just enjoy the calm atmosphere.
P. K.
Excellent. Wonderful collection of books that you would not normally find in the big chains. Well worth a visit. Plus expert help from the staff!
J. B.
Excellently curated selection of books and literary magazines and journals. What they lack in quantity they more than make up for in quality. Worth checking out their readings and other events, too.
R. C.
Books... remember them? Run by people who know a book when they see one ..
T. C. o. F. D.
It is wonderful to find an independent bookshop, they are becoming rare creatures that should be treasured and nurtured by customers and staff. But as an addicted browser why do the shelves go up so high and an even greater sin why is the short story section over the stairwell used by people going to and fro from the excellent café to the toilet. Short stories are one of those species of book endangered and often neglected. They should be encouraged and promoted not consigned to an inaccessible top shelf only available to those willing and brave enough to transcend wobbly library steps that can be jogged and jostled by any passer by.
D. R.
Excellent bookshop with a very good coffee shop with delicious cakes
J. A.
In there I spent one of my most wonderful afternoons. They have anything a reading woman would like. I was rather impressed by their novel collection. I'd definitely drink another cup of tea there.
I. C.
Very cosy bookshop with an excellent program of talks and book lauches. No wonder all events get sold out immediately. A "must" particularily if you're visiting British Museum and you want to catch your breath in a more intimate yet fascinating location. And last evening event i got my precious copy of "The lonely city" signed by Olivia Laing herself. What an inspiring writer and such a lovely person. ❤️
W. P.
Excellent selection of books, friendly service, great tea and cakes. With highly entertaining chat from waiting staff.
S. C.
Perfectly nice coffee, pleasant atmosphere and good granola - but when your venue is very compact, please remember to do your chores (unloading the dishwasher, loading the dishwasher, emptying coffee grinds) quietly!! It was a cacophonous noise.
S. M.
Terrific selection, just wish it was bigger! Nice cafe too.
L. C.
The best bookstore. Also very dangerous. Have never left without at least 2 new books. Worth it though.
Added bonus of a lovely cafe
D. S.
My friends own most of the books ever printed on earliest spinning and weaving methods and persistently search for the ones they don't have. I saw a large collection of books by particular authors, some rare classics, great place and resource and foundational books by topic from academic and specialty publishing houses, books of art prints, used but in superb condition.
v. s.
A book lovers paradise! They stock the most obscure authors. Loved the ambience. The cafe adjacent to it looked busy, but didn't try it.
A. I.
Best coffee ever in Holborn. Amazing people, I recommend that to everyone, very nice food. Keep doing like that!
F.
Beautiful bookshop near the British Museum. Great selection and very welcoming staff
N.
Small bookshop. Helpful staff. Unique collection of magazines. Location is a little off from major attractions. Timings on Google Maps and the ones posted outside the window differ.
N. S.
Fantastic coffee! Small cafe inside of the bookstore. I didn’t check the hole menu, I took cappuccino and pistachio cake.
M. B.
Great place to browse. Quiet small but well resouced bookshop. Keep an eye and the always thoughtful reafing suggestions given by staff.
P. B.
Curious and lovely little independent bookshop. Great selection and staff with a charming cafe to relax in. Glad to see a place like this is still going in London!
P. M.
Worth seeking out, excellent selection of books although the children's section is quite small & difficult to access.Friendly, helpful staff. Has a very nice looking café
M. H.
Fantastic bookshop, with an excellent selection and we'll curated displays which make browsing a treat. Cafe also excellent.
C. W.
Love reading and I am a regular here, fabulous book collections and happy people here.
H. B.
Wonderful bookshop, amazingly well-stacked, with readings, film screenings, book launches and signings. Truly a gem in London, and a must visit for book lovers.
T. Y.
Nice vibes. Quite abundant collections. Helpful staff. Would like to visit the petit cafe inside the bookstore next time when it’s not that crowded.
R. B.
Discover Working class hero Kath Duncan the most important Scot & Uk LGBTQ Civil Rights activist the past 100 years. this highly acclaimed biography demands we get more books and plays telling the stories of Working Class heroes especially women like Kath Duncan. Buy the book.. Give it as gifts. The Last Queen Of Scotland a MUST buy.
A. S.
Great place with an awesome book collection. They also gave a quaint café you can sit and read at while enjoying some pastries, hot chocolate and nuts
Ε. Δ.
Nice and cozy bookshop in the city centre. Great poetry and philosophy section. I highly recommend the next door café of the bookshop.
C. G.
If you have ever wondered where to go in London to find that glorious rare tome, this is the place. They have a fantastic selection of modern fiction, non-fiction, poetry and plays . They also specialize in the unsung classics and specialist non-fiction rom other ages as well as the present. European and American books are particularly well represented. They are exceedingly helpful and will toil purposefully to order and secure the more obscure items and are extremely friendly. Support them! The LRB is one of the great publications of our age and this extension is worthy of your affection as well as your patronage.
If I had one one complaint it would be the relative paucity of fiction and non-fiction from South and Latin America, Africa and Asia.
G. D.
Some of the best food, presentation & service one can expect to have in the square mile.
a. c.
nice place where to eat for lunch, or for a slice of cake and tea. good selection of teas, cakes, food, and nice staff. it is my favourite spot each time i go to london.
M. G.
One of the best salads I've had in London in the tiny Café with brilliant service, plus of course the wonderful book environment
C. K.
You need to get a bag if you visit this place on sightseeing. Pretty nice. I think It's not that good to buy a book, though. Small amounts of stock.
Y. A.
Excellent selection of books
M. P.
Very welcoming cafe staff, tasty food and a great range of fiction, more than you'd find in your local Waterstones.
E. K.
Coffee, tea, cakes and vegetarian/vegan lunches at a lively book store.
It can get crowded but it’s a great place!
O. T.
A sympathetic store with a nice selection of books
C. P.
Amazing independent bookshop with lots of unknown titles for me. One to visit again as I didn't go downstairs!
G. P.
Wide selection of books and a cafe to sit and think about which ones you want to buy. Certainly a place worth a visit and a browse.
V. V.
Probably the best bookshop in Central London. Packed with interesting, unusual and fascinating books you won't spot on the high street.
E. B.
My new favorite place! Lovely cake and the tea was just nice. Thank will visit again soon
G. M.
Nice book store, but it's tiny. For those, who enjoy quite small shops the best.
A. O.
It's a wonderful little bookshop full of literary types. Pop downstairs and you'll find great sections on photography and poetry.
R. F.
Very helpful staff. Was helped by Victoria who pointed me to extremely interesting books based on my taste and previous reads. Strongly advise visiting.
A. N.
It is a small one but it has so many treasures :) The History section right next to the entry is really good.
J. M.
One of my favourite bookshops in London. Always a good selection of books and a good atmosphere.

(Of the cafe) good tea & cakes. Popular, sometimes you have to wait for a table or be prepared to share.
J. P.

Bumped into this bookshop by chance. Great atmosphere, loved the book selection and the coffee shop!

The chic cafe, and a very different collection. It is also next to British Museum, so that makes it easy to access.

Lovely independent bookstore spread over two floors, while not the biggest place in terms of floor space they still manage to stock an extensive range of books.
There is also a decent cafe attached with outdoor courtyard seating area, serving a reasonably priced menu of a light lunches, cakes etc

I'm not familiar with their collections but my favorite genres are there. And the cafe, I still have to try.

(Translated) I recommend here to you who love books with other person ’s comment.
It was really meaningful experience to me.
I could meet some books with writer ’s autograph and every book has some comments. It was rare and there is some place to sit and enjoy mood with books. I bought two handy books.
The eco-bag is pretty and the books with book reviews look more attractive. Be careful with your balance. When I went down to the basement (different from the way to the toilet), there were books and sofas for the children to enjoy, so it was good to take a break and browse the books. It was a rainy day, but I can't forget the atmosphere. I remember being far from the London Eye. Recommended!

(Translated) Before arriving in London, we tried to contact this bookstore to make an appointment for an interview, but we never heard back. After arriving at the bookstore, I found that the clerk did not take the initiative to say hello, but asked us to take the camera to shoot, which seemed to confirm our speculation about their "coldness".
But the first-tier selection of books in the bookstore closely fits current hot topics, such as "feminism" and "immigration." In the selection of magazines, the bookstore attaches great importance to the introduction of local British and London magazines, such as London poetry journals and photography; while the selection of other literary works is very internationalized. For example, the bookstore will put a relatively complete collection of Japanese short stories. In a prominently recommended location
The most amazing thing is that on the basement level of the bookstore, poetry covers two entire walls. This may be the one with the highest percentage of poetry books among the bookstores we visited in London. In addition to classics, you can also find the latest and most contemporary collections of poems there. For example, we found a collection of poems written by American lawyer poets using legal reports. In addition, there is a whole wall on the basement floor for Essay (essay/thesis).
Later, in order to find the works of the poet Herbert, the director Jiwa's sister hit up with the clerk. The little brother's eyes lit up. He didn't expect that Herbert, who he liked and was not popular, would have readers in China. So they talked from Herbert to Simposka and Pessoa, and talked about their mutual love for poetry. The "cold" little brother immediately became a happy big boy, and in his own name at the checkout. A cloth bag from a bookstore for Jiwa.

(Translated) It is a general bookstore. The best thing is its biographies section. It also has a small (relatively) tea room - cafeteria in which there are usually more customers than in the bookstore area, which I think I remember consists of two floors. It is located on a street next to the famous British Museum, and that in some distant (or not so much) times was full or almost of great antiquarian and antique bookstores, as well as Art galleries that sold all kinds of works to all kinds of prices. But that was a long, long time ago. .. Or at least that's the feeling. ..! It will be progress! ...........

.. O al menos esa es la sensación. .. ! Será el progreso! ...........
