It is amazing this place exists! Who knew so many people could make enough money from all this silver! It reminded me of an antique market in the US with all the individual booths. Unless you have a great interest in silver or have quite a bit of spare time in London, I would pass on this

Probably the largest collection of antique silver shops in the UK. One can compare styles and prices of almost any object between the many retailers based here. Everything from candelabra to silver wine coolers... Not the cheapest, but most traders will barter a little...

Great place to spend and hour looking at shiny stuff. Make sure you talk to people. They sound all day understand ground and they are happy to "chew the fat" about everything and anything.

Wow, what a great place to look for silver products. The selection is enormous, and it takes a while to visit the many vaults. Why buy new silver when older pieces are nicer?

I'd been meaning to go to the London Silver Vaults for ages but never got round to it. I went last Saturday and am now planning on making frequent trips back in the future! Not only did I love the shopping aspect of it but it really is a great experience and a piece of history. If you are looking for things to do in London or are an avid silver collector I highly recommend. What's more, all of the dealers couldn't be more helpful.

Dozens of small shops for silverware. All inside a closed building on the basement floor. Very neat and clean. Most of the silverware is not contemporary goldsmithing, but antique and antique style

Kind of a cool place in that you are surrounded by half a billion £ in fine silver items(and gold). The room are endless and after one or two of them you get the point. However, there are some great pieces of history here.

This place was so large I barely had time to scratch the surface of it. There are a lot of different vendors/dealers, and they sometimes have their own specialties such as a particular type of item, modern, antique, etc. Everyone was very polite, and gave me a good amount of history on their pieces and uses. If you're into silver and antiques, this would be an interesting place to spend at least an hour, but as I mentioned, it's huge, so you may want to devote more time if silver is your thing.
