J. B.M Strand at Covent Gardens Market is a great place to get hand crafted soaps, creams and related products made from essential oils. The aroma from their products drew us in, then the artistry of each type of soap captivated us, and then the authentic charm of the artist/owner specially wrapping our gifts for their trip back home reminded us why we love to support independent artisans.
J. D.I visited this small cute cosmetics brand a couple of days ago at Covent Garden. As a fashion student, let me tell you what drew me in. The ambience, the fragrance and the visual merchandising. Everything was 5/5. Most importantly, customer service because as you know, without good customer service, there is no business. I absolutely loved everything about the shop, and being in London, I have never come across such a affordable brand that specialises in handmade products and is made with great care and love. W.I've been sending visitors to this vendor in Covent Garden for years, and telling them that the 4 soaps, boxed, is the absolute best bread and butter, thank you, I'm sorry or any other sort of gift in the world. It has it all: these are absolutely lovely scented soaps, and they package them up as though they sell for four times the price. Really great value, too, as they last a long time. My only complaint is that I love them all so it takes me a long time to narrow down my choices!
