From the moment we arrived the staff behind the till greeted us with smiles and ready to help. The items vary and all sorts of household items. Due to social distancing everything was still handled well as it was not too busy at the time we went. Pricing is affordable and on display perfectly to entice. Lots of marvel which mt son pointed out straight away. Kids toys galore amongst other bits and bobs. The store is in a good location and full of useful items if not even for a special gift. Looking forward to going back. Great store and service.

With the ongoing pandemic I really yearned for a “Daiso”-esque shop to visit. This Japanese shop sells a variety of cute plushies, stationery, lifestyle goods, and even Indomie noodles!? They also seem to have a license with Disney, Marvel and even Coca Cola; majority was reasonably priced, I’ve wanted to visit since finding out about it on social. Staff were friendly and the day I visited it was not too busy.

Cute shop, prices are debatable however they do carry branded things like marvel, Disney and We bare bears, which are adorable. Honestly the stock currently is not as impressive or useful as it was back in 2020/2021 None the less, very cute shop more aesthetic than practical.

Interesting Japanese shop selling all sorts of household items as well as toys etc. Mostly all in miniature form. Quite useful items, mostly well made and usually at a good price. I find it useful for travel items and plastic dispenser bottles etc. I have bought some of their electrical stuff and some of it is a bit gimmicky and most not really powerful enough for the job.

Lots of Marvel's merchandise as well as phone covers, cuddly toys, mugs and unusual Japanese Massage toy's. It's easy to explain to a child why Marvel stuff is popular in Japan, not so easy to explain the 4 inch phalic cactus toy massager with a flower on it or the Face Massager shaped like a little rocket.

Extremely cute things for sale and in general nice lighting. The prices are seriously overpriced and in some cases not worth that big price tag. Can't say much for customer service as usually there is rarely people on the shop floor when i visit but the guys on the till have been okay.

Some products may be seem pricey, but it is in between average and some products like their pens and notebooks are very good quality and the pens are £1-£2 and the notebooks range but are less than £8! i come here very often but i’ve noticed recently that the stock hasn’t changed in a few months, but they did swap sections like the skin and room stuff is now where the candles used to be and the candles are on a new shelf! overall very good! the plushies are the best i’ve ever felt, so soft and most would say even cheap prices for them! worth it <3 :)

What amazing staff, going the extra mile for me to try to try to find the hat I wanted. Fans of Japanese style will love this immaculate shop, aimed at younger fans. Also selling Japanese ice tea drinks.

I love this shop. It has all the things you never knew you needed. I go in to just stroke all the pillows and end up leaving with new headphones, a make up organiser, and a captain marvel towel. Have a wander inside if you haven't been in before. It's just a very lovely shop.

Really cool place that sells a wide range of products. A great place to go to get presents for others or to treat yourself. Staff are extremely helpful and prices are very reasonable, I'll definitely be visiting again in the future! As it was the grand opening of Miniso, I received a free water bottle which opens at both ends, pretty cool!

Less selection you would normally find in any Miniso in the world. It lakes some more option of snacks, sandals, flip flops. But the staff is extremely friendly and they are aware of how big the queue is in other to get someone else behind the cog tee and assist shoppers as fast as they can. The store is located in the area where there many Japanese residents and many Japanese reatauranr. I guess they should also open one in swiss cottage area.

I love this shop!!! I'm so glad they have one in London. I found this shop originally in Hong Kong and I am so glad it is here. It is so cute and cheap. I love the We Bare Bears collection!! I ordered all three bears and the order was fast. I have come in a few times and I met a lovely lady called Louisa that helped me look for more We Bare Bears things. I wish they had one closer to my house

Great shop with cute items - especially loved their Marvel and We Bare Bears collection :) Not sure what the beef is in the comments with everyone hating the fact that it is a Chinese company. Many of my products from Muji are made in China too, and Miniso hires designers from around the world to design their product including Japan, Spain, Korea, Denmark, China, etc. There are a lot of great designers and products from every country!

Love this shop, they have a really extensive marvel collection in a kawaii style. They have everything from car stuff to storage, from bathroom accessories to phone cases. Love having a little browse in this shop!

First And only UK Store. Many items are Marvel characters and are fully licensed. All items are competively priced. A popular and fun place to shop for childrens toys and household products.
