Jordan is the guy who served us on both of our trips to this vape shop. He's super friendly professional helpful and very patient. Explained everything brilliantly and showed us various vapes and talked us through them with a real passion and enthusiasm coming through his knowledge. The vapes we have bought here are awesome and I won't go anywhere else now I found this place. Buying cheap rubbish online is a thing of the past and this place is very reasonably priced but the great thing is you get the reassurance of a human being who genuinely loves their work and wants to help you.

Exceptional customer service. I had gone in about 7:30pm (store closes at 8pm) to fix an issue with my vape, but David kindly helped me until nearly 8:30pm as he was unable to fix the issue. He spent time explaining other vapes and really understanding my needs, even though it was past his shift time. Highly recommended and very knowledgeable (exactly what a paying customer likes to see).

The staff here are amazing. So helpful and can’t do enough for you. Ruben was a true champ helping me find the right flavours and taking his time to make sure I was happy with them trying them out. What’s more, he even taught and helped me build my RBA. The ladies here were super helpful on my first visit and that’s why I came back. The staff here are a true credit to the store. What can I say, the Best Local vape shop, if you need advice and Juice this is the best place to go. They have all the latest Mods, Pens and coils in stock. If your lucky, they have deals on in Store. Would also recommend to get an account, worth it if you need an extra discount and added bonuses. Defo be buying my next Mod from there and go back every time to get my Juices.

We came to change our e-cigarettes, we had really good advice on the products. Amazing customer services, they spent time explaining everything in details, answering all our questions and went above and beyond our expectations. We’ve been vaping for 2 years now but it’s the first time a vape shop takes time to give us that much information. Would definitely recommend this shop and the team and we will definitely come back.
