Dealt with Jay (Natuzzi Brent Cross) who was excellent and came to visit the house to make sure that the sofa we bought would fit and the colour would match. Excellent service, very good salesperson, detailed and efficient. A pleasure to deal with and a brilliant experience. Would recommend him heartily and will be in contact with him again for our other rooms.

We fell in love with several of the Natuzzi sofas… but what really convinced us to buy the sofa was the wonderful customer service from Habs and his manager Mel. They went the extra mile to ensure we understood everything about the sofa, we felt they were honest and patient. There was no pushing or aggressive selling! Would definitely shop there again! Can’t wait to get the sofas and put our feet up!

WOW - when in doubt seek Ricky. Upon visiting Brent Cross Natuzzi, my husband and I were assisted by the wonderful Ricky. We were initially just looking to purchase a sofa, but with Rickys advice and guidance he assisted us in purchasing a coffee table to go with the sofas! He is calm and genuinely knows his stuff. He showed us all the varieties of colours and sizes to match our living room. The sofas have arrived and they are 100% perfect for our living room. Ricky is a genuine asset to the company! I wanted to share a review on the purchase of my new Sofa. We were very fortunate to have Ricky. I must say that he is highly professional and knowledgeable in Natuzzi's sofa range and requirements. He was respectful in giving us ample time to try and talk about our sofa needs. He was not pushy for a sale, but made us feel relaxed in making the correct choice. We brought two sofa sets!! For myself and my mother. He even came in on his day off, to finalise the great deal he did for us. I would highly recommend taking a visit to Natuzzi, and asking for Ricky!!

: I went into Brent Cross Natuzzi Store at the end of last year , 2020 , around December . I received a lovely warm welcome from all the staff . The manager of this store is incredible and does an amazing job as I was so impressed with everything . They were with me with 100% customer service and Ali was incredible and such a warm helpful and efficient person . The whole order went well ,with full explanation all the way through regarding delivery and staff explained everything clearly all the way . I popped back into Natuzzi Brent Cross again a few weeks ago and was given an incredible warm welcome and had a lovely chat with Ali again who was so helpful in me ordering the delightful footstalls in exact same material as the sofas . Excellent customer service , professional and friendly and efficient . I am 100% satisfied with the Brent Cross Natuzzi Branch . Fantastic products and amazing staff and Manager .

Mel in Brent Cross was an absolute angel. We were 99% positive on another sofa from another company when we walked in Natuzzi for a little walk. Mel approached us as soon as we walked in the store and offered to help us. His approach and 5* service we received from him made us to switch from what we were thinking to buy before. Zak and Mehul provided excellent customer service. Definitely recommend this store compared to others I've visited. Some things that made it worthwhile purchasing sofas: - offered to come home with leather and fabric samples to help choose as I was very indecisive - stayed 30 mins after closing following 2 hours of helping pick the sofa I wanted (even told them I'd come again the day after but they were happy to both stay) - very friendly and welcoming, very much went the extra mile

We purchased our Natuzzi sofa back in December, and Ali was the sales assistant who helped us find the sofa we loved. Ali advised that the timescale would be around 4-5 months, because one it's a bespoke modular sofa, and two because of COVID things have generally been delayed. We totally understood, and we were happy with that, but knew we needed a sofa in the meantime. Ali provided us with a loan sofa so we did not need to wait around for ours to arrive, which was great because nowhere else we knew offered this. Our sofa has arrived TODAY and we are beyond happy with it!! It was bigger than we thought, but it fits so nicely and it feels incredible. It was definitely worth the 4 month wait, and we are extremely pleased with the service provided by Natuzzi and Ali. We'd like to say a massive thank you for our wonderful sofa!

My wife and I are shopping for new furniture, sofa, chairs etc, the shop was clean and well presented, there was a beautiful chair that I wanted to sit in. Unfortunately two women of the sales team were chit-chatting about their boyfriends, although I was standing right next to them they didn't move out the way so I could try the chair, I asked for them to move, they truculantly moved aside, totally oblivious that I may have wanted to buy the chair, they just carried chit-chatting, even though, I was now sitting next to them. Great furniture, great design and style, rubbish sales team

After buying sofas from another branch I was advised to Brent Cross Natuzzi to look for a modern bed. I bought a really unusual leather framed bed which can lift up and has storage space underneath. I chose the same colour leather as on my sofas so looks really good in my themed home. The only problem when delivered it came without slats underneath mattress but remarkably Manager brought round slats within 24 hours so great service. Really happy with bed. Thanks a lot

I'm in Sofa Heaven. If Carlsberg made sofas, they'd look like this, and if they sold sofas, this would be how they'd do it. Amazing service from the team at Brent Cross, from advising on style and shape to choosing a family friendly but stylish fabric. I am truly delighted with my sofa. Absoluted delighted with my furniture. Ordered some lovely leather sofas at the Ideal Home Show in March and just been delivered. Our extension not ready when sofas came in but they stored them until I was ready which was helpful. Delivery team struggled to get in as tight access but really tried hard and eventually got in and when unwrapped looked great and so comfortable. My footstool was not on delivery so they quickly rang office and one of the sales guys dropped round on way home that night which was really nice. Overall delighted with excellent service and most of all love the sofas

Love our sofas. just had them delivered from Designer Sofas and they look really nice in our lounge. Really nice quality from Italy and the leather is gorgeous. Delivery guys struggled to get up the stairs but they just squeezed in so very relieved but the guys were so helpful and took away all the wrapping. Happy to recommend

Great experience with Designer Sofas. Staff not pushy just really helpful. Came out to my house to check colour and size before i had to confirmed order and no other Company could be bothered. When sofas came looked amazing and very comfy. Just one slight criticism i think sofa could have been larger on main wall but Salesguy was adamant that he thought would overcrowd room and would be saving me money as a little cheaper. I ordered recliner sofas and dining furniture from Brent Cross Branch and must say that i am really pleased. The service was really good in the store and a helpful man took a lot of time to help us get it right. Dining was delivered separately to sofas when i thought would be all delivered together but they explained 2 different suppliers which was a bit inconvenient. However, all now looks fantastic in our sitting room and i am really pleased with everything. Thanks

Just wanted to share the outstanding service I received from Natuzzi Brent Cross. My wife had been begging me to change our dining chairs , so we took a trip to Natuzzi in Brent Cross retail park. A very nice chap called Michael greeted us , his knowledge on the products sold was outstanding , and having just received our chairs one week earlier than promised , we are absolutely delighted with them , and the service provided from sale through to delivery . Delighted with my leather sofabed from Designer Sofas in Tottenham Court Road. We needed a very comfortable bed for my family to use when coming to stay but found most stores only had cheap flimsy models. The staff at Designer Sofas were so helpful and they showed us 7 different models some of which could be bought with thicker mattresses. we bought the Trapani in leather and it is has been fantastic and all family are very comfortable when they come to stay. I have to say from start to finish the service was excellent and I am very happy to recommend to other readers

Got a call on the 15th December, telling me I could expect delivery by the18th December. All duly arrived...and really pleased with the product thus far....would definitely recommend and go back...

Just visited Brent Cross Natuzzi, My third purchase from this store. The staff are an excellent example of what customer service should be. They are attentive, honest, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to deliver a great service. On each occasion I did not expect to find what I was looking for, however, quality, variety and style won me over every time. It is true (as noted in other reviews) that the Natuzzi 'infrastructure' is in need of modernisation, however, the quality of the staff more than makes up for it. Special call out to John and Zak for their efforts.

Fantastic service received at Designer Sofas in Tottenham Court Road. I had previously bought sofas and were really happy with them and most pleased that they were the only ones who would help me with coming to check that it would fit into my room. So i went back to the Store for a new Bed only to find out that they dont do Beds at that branch but they have them at the Brent Cross branch. They told me to take tube to Brent Cross and somebody would collect me so dont have to walk. Beautiful store at Brent Cross and i found a lovely comfortable Hypnos bed which they arranged to be delivered within 48 hours. Really happy and very good service

I visited the Brent Cross and Tottenham Court Road stores of Designer Sofas and found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable.Couldnt find what i wanted in Tottenham Court Road so went to Brent Cross which is a very big store on 2 floors. I ordered a Campania chair and Anzio sofas and had them delivered last month after they came in from Italy. House lloks stunning because I used their Interior Design service and they were able to coordinate all of my sofas with the wallpaper and curtains which i bought from them too. Highly recommend them to anyone!
