Reviews of Northcote Road Antiques Market

Surprised the small entrance with the big inside. Relatively easy to get to using public transport and a 5 minute walk from the nearest Bus Stop. Well presented and it's easy to walk around over the two floors.

Nice little centre that's worth a visit if you're in the area. Relatively easy to get to using public transport and a 5 minute walk from the nearest Bus Stop. The varied stock is thoughtfully laid out and well presented and it's easy to walk around over the two floors. There are items to suit most budgets and plenty of things to enjoy looking at even if you don't find what you are looking for.

Inside this delightful Antiques Market you will find a wonderful mix of vintage and antique objects. Vintage items include wooden shoe forms, brick moulds, leather luggage, Avery scales and more. Antiques include everything from homeware to glassware, silverware, decorative objects, art and furniture. If you’re committed to spending a bit of time there, you are likely to find something very

This Antiques emporium is swish, elegant, mind provoking, and among the best going
, Gorgeous items everywhere you look on two floors that tantalisingly offer them selves up to buy, you are unlikely to came away disappointed.
Was amazed by how large the place is entirely the opposite from the frontage as you enter.
Very friendly staff,
What with Kingston Antiques Market,
I have have three venues to visit with in 40 minutes to where I live.
Only downside is, unlike Alfie's Antiques and Kingston it dose not have a café but it still gets the Five Stars from me.

Lovely staff but the team would really benefit from engaging with online markets where there is a much larger customer base. Prices are very affordable relative to online (particularly abroad in Asian markets) - clear arbitrage opportunity here. Hiring a couple of young temps to sell excess stock online is a real opportunity. The store should also have a think about what the 'millennial' generation consider antiques. Visit Brick lane and feel the buzz around the stores there selling vintage items, or the explosion in modern art online.

I love it. The sellers are very nice and you can find many beautiful pieces. Affordable prices.

Misleading entrance into a larger interior and first floor displays. Varied collection of items worth a visit.

Such a vast store slightly hidden in the road. You can find all sorts of objects, but keep in mind that some are quite pricey. Bought two stools that are in great condition and a couple of 1880 prints. The staff are very lovely and always up for any questions or just a chat. Lovely place!

Marvellous antiques market with informative stallholders and a good array of antique furniture, ceramics, jewellery and much more. Well worth a visit at any time.

Great little find on Northcote road! It's like walking into Aladdin's cave...

Quirky place full of fabulous hidden treasure from times gone by. I have brought plenty of pieces fir my home and office from here

You can easily miss this charming place but once inside you won't even notice how fast time flies when you start browsing around. Although I've bought silverware on couple of occasions mainly for birthday gifts I usually go there for the art glass and the World War 2 artifacts. Since I am mad about the Second Reich secrets I managed to find a couple of really reasonably priced pieces of history there.

Lots of potential for small gifts and decorative items, friendly staff. Good for browsing on a quiet day. Worth a visit. One of the few such markets left in London. Try it out

I'm not any kind of expert on antiques, but this shop seems to have a great selection. Very fitting shop for Northcote road too.

This antiques market may have a tiny shop front but it's massive inside! There's just so much to look at! I discovered this Clapham gem about 6 months ago & it's now my first stop if I need something for the house or a gift for someone. The staff are very friendly & always happy to help. This fantastic indoor market is so worth seeking out.

Definitely worth a visit. Quite unexpected how big it is when looking only at the shop front. There is a lot in terms of china and silverware; cutlery and candelabras. Overall on the more expensive side, but then again it’s in Clapham. One can pay by card, which is useful.

I love this place, the staff are friendly and there is always a bargain to be had. We came looking for small side tables for our bedroom and found these beauties. Super happy and would definitely go back.

The Market is amazing! It looks really small from the outside, however it has two floors filled with a mixture of antiques, vintage retro & collectables. There are a wide range of items (and prices) which means that there is something for everyone.

Two floors of beautiful things at reasonable prices. Very kind ladies help you to make your choice. Wonderful silver cutlery and jewelry.

Really nice small layouts, stall owners we're really friendly. I would recommend people visit, they have a world full of treasures.

Traditional antiques centre - more smaller items rather than furniture

Bought a beautiful Georgian chest of drawers yesterday. It was delivered within two hours and looks fantastic in our bedroom. Better service than Harrods!

A decent antiques shop, with various stalls. It's a nice place to spend half an hour browsing the offerings: we only bought once here but were satisfied.

Little gem in South London with a numbers of interesting hunt grounds for those interested in the antique and the peculiar. As with these types of stores, it is all about finding the right thing and it is all about luck.
M. M.
A few interesting vintage stuff but unfortunately a little unpleasant staff. Could be better...
A. C.
