Had to return some items that I purchased online so I went into the shop to see if they could be returned there to avoid waiting for postage sending them back. Staff were really quick and helpful so I was in and out in less than five minutes. Some places have strange rules about returns for online purchases but these guys made it nice and easy. Already placed a second order too because the quality of the jeans felt really good. Hopefully this time I've ordered the right size. Definitely recommended!

Always a great experience when I visit the Nudie store, the staff are always so friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of jeans downstairs for all different types of fits and sizes and even if you can't find the perfect pair, which is highly unlikely, they offer in house tailoring too. Nudie offers a life time repair service on all their jeans - what more could you ask for? If you're in search for a good quality pair of jeans from a company that cares about its product and its customers, would highly recommend buy Nudie jeans from their Soho store.

Excellent place to go for getting anything denim or good quality clothing. The awesome thing about Nudie, is that if you already own a pair of their jeans, you can take them in and they will repair them for you for free! The changing rooms are downstairs, with the majority of the jeans you can browse and try on. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

A big fan of nudie jeans. The staff here are great. The quality of repairs is very good although you can only have one pair repaired at a time and they will take around 4 weeks per pair. I love the skinny lins line, but they do wear through more easily due to the elasticised fabric.

Nudie jeans are my favourite brand - hard wearing and well-fitting. Should yours develop a gash or hole for any reason though, this is the place to go. The repair shop will fix them up for free, usually within a week, and the patching service is absolutely excellent. They've tied me in to the brand for life.

Watch out for the 7 day returns policy... The great thing about their jeans is that they get better the more you wear them, and they are made with good sturdy denim (no lycra) in a range of different cuts. Pick carefully though, as you may have trouble getting a refund or even an exchange - the policy is for 7 days only. I bought some jeans in a hurry: I did try them on but only had an hour to spare so made a rushed choice. Tried to swap them for something else 10 days later, but was refused due to this (rather ungenerous) policy.

As a concept, this is wonderful. You are spending a decent whack of money on a pair of jeans and you want to make sure they last. Great, anything goes wrong, take em here! The bad point which knocks down this hugely unique and great concept is the staff. They told me a week for a zip replacement, not true. It took three calls to find out that it actually take closer to a month of them to be repaired. I am thrilled they are repaired, but I wish they managed expectation more to avoid angry customers.

You really can't beat customer service offered by Nudie in my opinion. Had a loose thread on the crotch of my jeans and I am no sower. Brought them in for repair and despite being a bush time of year they turned around the repair in half an hour. I also tried on some new pairs downstairs and asked for some advice and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Decent jeans. Had the length adjusted, wonky stitching and loose threads... but it's free. Service of store staff is hit and miss. First time the guy down stairs was more interested in chatting to the co-worker, second time the person on shift was awesome. The line to pay is usually long. I suggest office representatives to pay anonymous visits.

Did you know they repaired Nudie jeans for free here? I didn't! This is a much needed shop in London as it provides a good 'workmen' type clothing with a Scandinavian touch, and organic denim. The whole thing is also very reasonably priced.

Just bought a pair of new nudie jeans, it was my first time buying raw denim and all the staff at the Soho shop are super friendly and helpful. They know the jeans very well and are great at giving advice esp when it comes to choosing the right style, fit and size. I was very well looked after and it was a nice relaxed buying expireance.
