We are so pleased with the Photocopier service from Officeology. The team are friendly and go out of their way to swiftly resolve any problems. Special debt of gratitude to Raman in the office and Bobby their engineer who got us printing and scanning again within 12 hours of our contacting them. Highly recommended!

I needed a new multi function printer urgently. Trishan identified a MFP that would suit my requirements and explained the pros and cons of outright purchase / leasing. The equipment was delivered as promised. It was installed by Bobby Miah who linked the machine to my computer system, clearly explained how the various functions worked and has always responded immediately to any queries that I have on operational technical matters. I ran out of toner in the middle of an important job, Raman Sandhu immediately arranged for an emergency set of toners to be delivered and followed this up with a second set in reserve. I have nothing but praise for the service I have received from these three individuals and the MFP itself

FP provide our postal franking machine and have done for many years, i dont recall having any issues with the machine and the service and response time for any queries is always A*. Great, professional team and always very cheerful and helpful.

Our business uses one of their Mailmark machines for a couple of years now and we never had issue with it. An they are flexible should you need increased postage too. If hand-picking through the all 21 franking machine vendors authorised by Royal Mail in the UK goes by anything, then it is FP base on personal experience. Keep up the good work you do!
