C. R. M.I have been going to this post office for 10 yrs that l have lived around in this area.
There is a lady called Jacquie who has served me each time l visit the store. Her professionalism in her line of duty is phenomenal par excellente. I am very happy with all the service that she has rendered over the years that she has been working there.. Well done to the whole team for you beautiful service.
A.I visited this post office on Monday and a lovely woman with silver hair served me. She was exceptionally polite and welcoming. She gave me all the information I needed about posting packages abroad and recommended the best service for me. This will defo be my go to post office!
M. J.I’ve being coming here for years. The staff are really nice and we always have a nice little chat and a laugh. I feel that people being super angry over the lockdown and slow services that reflected in previous negative reviews because the queue was half an hour or an hour long. Which is really unfair. It’s a nice local post office!

F. C.I have been going to this post office for years and I really don't understand the negative comments. The ladies there are very helpful and kind, they have a great sense of humour and really know how to make you feel part of the community of the neighbourhood. I can't fault them, they have always been great, including no later than this morning.
M.The lady with the silver hair provided excellent customer service, she is very knowledgeable advising me to separate my parcels to make my payment cheaper! Very professional! I will come back to this post office!
L. T.This is my local post office, which I use to make my returns, sell eBay purchases, top up my Oyster card as well as them kindly holding my parcels !! (Too convienent) The staff are all individually helpful, from the two guys who work there to the ladies. It's always busy (as it is the closest post office in the area) but I have always received efficient, excellent customer service. This post office is a godsend in my area, and most of the time I am surprised that they even continue to serve rude, obnoxious, impatient customers which i have witnessed whilst being there (especially during the Christmas period). The staff are always extra helpful and friendly with the elder customers as well as being extra lovely and cheerful with others!

C. H.Great post office. Can occasionally be a little busy, but I have rarely had to wait long. The two post office workers are extremely friendly and helpful. I have always been treated extremely well. Mostly post offices are very clinical, but this post office is very friendly and efficient.
S. B.This is a perfectly good small local post office. Please do not complain about it because if it shuts down there won't be one in W14 and it's a long walk to Kensington High Street or Hammersmith. Post Offices have a lot of different things to deal with, there are always queues but that's just how it is. I wouldn't want to run one! I've always found the people working there really polite and helpful and long may it continue.

F.Always found the three chaps currently running this Post Office to be friendly, cheerful and efficient; so much so, that even if I need be in another part of the neighbourhood with a different Post Office nearby, I'll go out of my way to use this one as I know I'll be guaranteed the services I require quickly and correctly.
