When I was getting ready to buy my first electric unicycle I contacted PET for some advice. They help to talk me through what wheels would be best for my skill level and budget as well as pointing out the advantages between different wheels. So happy with the new wheel, anyone thinking about getting into the hobby. Don’t hesitate, you’ll love it. As for PET, fast delivery, great customer service and good prices. They also threw in a couple of free lights to make night riding safer! So impressed that I bought power pads from them and I’m already considering a second wheel.

Excellent customer service from these guys. A week ago I called up about a scooter and managed to visit the shop next day and met Vlad. Very helpful guy and answered all my annoying questions as I had no clue. Vlad took me out on couple of scooters and let me take my time asking more questions. Soon as our test ride was over I’d made my mind up and bought one. 30 minutes later the workshop had set it all up and checked everything over. I must point out they did not pressure any sales whatsoever but really helped me out with my choice, these guys are very passionate about what they do not the normal sales people who can’t be bothered and just want to take your money and see you later. The shop has a good reputation with lots of people dropping off scooters for repairs and other enquiries. Will definitely be going back for some more stuff.

The staff at 'PET' are always helpful, quick to reply and give advice if needed, postal always fast. My 10x has been faultless, the upgraded stem clamp works well and needed, the hydraulic brakes are good, protective hillbilly shorts are good but I didn't get on with the hillbilly gloves. Livall helmet is comfortable and has good functions. 10-3 road tyres supplied with innertubes. Basically, great service, helpful. Thank you everyone at PET.

I think that people look up, and read, online reviews to find the answer to "Can I TRUST these people"? In this case, 100 per cent yes. You can trust them to give you honest answers, honest opinions about their products, is it suitable for you and your needs, etc. No price bumping. I've bought 2, not cheap, escooters from P.E.T over the last 18 months. Would I buy from them again? Hell yes! I wouldn't buy from anywhere else now I've had the P.E.T. service.

I tried changing the tires on my xiaomi mi M365 myself and ended up snapping the motor cable. I called up personal electric transport and was amazed at how helpful they were. Even though I called at there closing time they were willing to wait around for me, however I didn’t want to make them wait as I was going to be long. I dropped the scooter off the next day at around 2pm. The place is in a good location with free parking outside. Once I had got inside I was super impressed with there set up and there range of scooters and accessories. I was greeted by Mark who was very helpful and generally a cool guy who knows his stuff. He showed me around and handed me over to the repair man Tim who was very reassuring and professional. They changed the motor, the back tire, added vibration damping, adjustments and a little clean. The price was fairly reasonable but I was more impressed that it was done by the end of the day! I am extremely satisfied with the work and would definitely be using them again.

Bought a battery online for them, but I could not remove the old one by myself so I visited them at their workshop. They were super professional, not only removed the battery but added the new one with all sorts of padding, polished the whole scooter, and on my request, upgraded a wheel to a rubber version, changed a light and installed a phone holder. All was for a very reasonable price, and they clearly had a lot of expertise and know-how on the scooter, as well as all spare parts for it. (e-twow). Deeply recommend.

Absolutely flawless service. My 2nd time in for extensive repairs to my zero 10 and i got it back thinking it was the wrong unit.. It looked brand new. Nikos the mechanic performed first class repairs and great improvisation with large visible gash on the side of the deck. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. I will not go anywhere else. Great service. honest and trustworthy. paid £48.50 for a new front tyre, innertube plus service. I'm just not used to paying these sorta prices. If i puncture my bicycle i can fix it myself for the price of an innertube. I'm a cyclist who happened to be messing around on a mates xiaomi 365 and accidentally punctured it. So it was my responsibility to sort it. So i'm just salty I had to pay for it. Still though, these guys were great.

I went in to enquire about inner tubes. A lady quoted me £12.50 each on the phone. I was very shocked when I was charged £50. £25 labor is way to much, a guy in Spirit bikes told me he would fit the inner tubes for a fiver each. If I knew I would be charged so much for labor, I would have bought the inner tubes and headed to Spirit bikes. I am a single mum working part time... I only wanted my daughters big winter buggy wheels fixed. Her summer stroller cost £50. I feel totally ripped off. And feel I am owed £15. The irony is I can get free replacements from the manufacturer but it takes months as they are based in Holland. p.s The text reciept from P.E.T doesnt even give a breakdown of charges. UPDATE: An apologetic articulate sounding fella just called and APOLOGISED. He explained that the inner tubes were fancy Germans and cost £15 each! (I had no idea). He has given me a refund of £10 so I am happy with the total cost now.. Problem solved. Number of stars amended to reflect custumer service.

Really impressed with the service from the guys at PET. Had a faulty Segway ES2 that Segway UK refused to help with. The guys at PET identified the problem and diagnosed faulty battery and control board, replaced the parts and got the scooter back to me in super quick time . Would definitely recommend.

The S2 Booster is amazing. I absolutely love it, my colleagues all take it for a whizz around the office and my partner is now jealous as she still rides a bike to the station! It is perfect for carrying on the train and tube and it even fits in the overhead storage areas. It is easy to wheel along, carry and hold when you are not riding which makes getting through ticket barriers at stations a breeze. The best thing about it is its speed! I am overtaking other London cyclists and most of the London traffic also!! The battery has not run out on me yet – The furthest I have been without a charge is 18 miles and I expect it would go quite a way further probably due to the great KERS system built in. The magnetic brake that re-charges the battery is great for slowing down smoothly and even sharply and I have found it does not cause the scooter to skid on wet leaves or drain covers like a traditional bike brake would. Definitely recommend! The service received from Roberto was top class - I met up to take a scooter for a test first and he made sure all my questions were answered.

GotWay MSuper v3 Electric Unicycle , this is a fantastic wheel. For me it is my first. I now have 8 hours on the wheel and I am realy getting the hang of it. It is realy powerfull and the stability is good. I am realy enjoying this "toy" also the range is wunderfull. I way 113 kg and I am still on my first charge 48 km and still at 50% capacity. I would also like to thank Personal Electric Transport Ltd because when I ordered the wheel there were some delivery issues due to gotway. The people from Personal Electric Transport Ltd. kept me informed at all times and did everything they could to solve the problem.
