Not much stock available yet we found most of what we needed. The service was exceptional, Robin helped us today. He was very friendly and extremely helpful giving advice on how to look after our new family member (Sunrise - cat).

A place where you can get advice before and after buying the products. I have visited so many pet shops and was at my wit's end, out of pocket and just lost among the numerous Flea treatments for dogs 🐕 and nothing had worked. Pets at Home were great at explaining all the different products available and recommended some which I am in the process of trying. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff dealing with a subject matter that is uncomfortable but I didn't feel judged so Thank you.

I had ordered a terrarium and collected it instore, when I got home I realised is was cracked on the side, I came in to return the item and I was being assisted by a lady called Miranda, she was amazing ! she helped me sort everything our, helped me get a re delivery to my house. She called the customer service line while I was waiting and ensured everything was sorted out before I left, she gave me all the references I needed. Small shop compared to other ones, has a selection of pet foods including live insects, dog, cat, fish, bird and small animals foods. Small selection of live animals and fish for sale. Has a variety of items for your pets needs. Helpful staff if you can get one.

Good range of products and highly knowledgeable employees, believe me. I tried to buy a snail that wasn't adequate for my fish tank due to the fishes i had and it didn't matter how hard i tried to convince the seller, she kindly explained to me the reasons why she wouldn't be able to sell it and i still left happily with a couple of live plants to add to my tank so would definitely recomend this shop and its employees.

Friendly staff always offering friendly advice..was a bit over zealous on the coronavirus restrictions wouldnt let u stand near till use cash ect but they are more relaxed now whilst still adhering to covid regulation. Good variety of products for pets but most of all the staff are very helpful. I had a querie to do with my cat and everyone gave me very helpful advice on how I can deal with my issue in a natural way without referring me to a veterinary clinic. They have a really good variety of fish in there as well that are healthy. Out of all the pets at home I have been to this one stands out from all the rest. I highly recommend going a little bit further to this one for the added level of care all of the staff have for animals.

Although not a big store has great selection of rabbit, dog cats, budgies, fish and other bits and bobs. No dedicated customer toilet, however if you ask staff, they will be helpful and allow you access to staff facilities. Been using this store since it opened years ago. Love it, good friendly and clean local store.

I like Pets At Home a lot, mainly because I get a feeling that the staff genuinely care about animals and consequently deliver the sort of service you might expect from a small owner-operated store. Our go to PaH as it is the closest one. It might not be the biggest PaH, but it has a lot of the usual things in stock. Their food selection (for dogs )is excellent and there are plenty of toys, beds and blankets on offer as well. What really sets this smaller PaH apart though is the friendliness of the staff there. Always at hand to help and answer even the silliest questions you might have. Worth giving them a call to check on stock, as they always help out with as well. More than happy to recommend to any pet owner out there.

An average Pets at Home, the staff weren't particularly interested in their work and the animals were all kept in small enclosures at the back of the store. A fairly decent selection of items are available but it's not a great store. I recommend going to one a bit further out Plough Lane, nearer to Wimbledon.
