Always love coming here with the dogs. They are always very helpful in here and generally have a good selection for all pets. They also offer pet grooming should you need this. Good for getting regular supplies. Parking available outside the store.

Couldn't trim my dogs nails co's I hate hearing him cry even before I touched the nail with the clippers so nails and a bath at pets at home. Dont know how but they sorted it in under an hour and the lady said he was no problem.

We got a pet hamster and they gave us really good advice plus they made sure we had an idea of how to care for it and all the pet needs which it speaks of care for their welfare as well. They were v busy on Saturday afternoon, we had to ask a couple of times for help to get the pet but when they were actually there for us, the staff were really committed.

First experience of P@H in Camden. Smaller version of any of their stores I've visited but so much going on; generally quite helpful. As a side note, due to size, I'm sure they don't stock lots of things so I would phone ahead to check and/or do click and collect online order.

I joined a queue of 15 people! Staff came along asked me what I wanted just cat litter. Jumped ahead of queue paid for it. The man put the three sacks of 90 litres in my car and I left. All done in under 10 minutes. Excellent service!

This might be my dog's favourite place to be ;) The staff are really good and helpful, plus they all genuinely love the dogs who visit. That is also a plus, dogs are allowed in! It comes secondarily as almost a socialization spot for dogs. The shop is really well stocked, with anything you'd ever need; all sorts of dog food, toys, treats, accessories, grooming materials, cleaning materials, even clothes!

Great pet supermarket with everything you or your dog could possibly want. Serious danger of overspending here, a tthere are many bargain toys that you simply know your puppy will adore and that you just have to buy. Very friendly staff. The lady add the till told us to download their app and get 10% discount, and waited patiently while we downloaded the app and signed up. Next time our puppy Noodle will come with us and choose her own new toys 😀

They don’t always have everything you need in stock so I suggest you order it online. Not a lot of help in the fish department so you need to know what you want before going there. You’ll be lucky if you can grab a member of staff to talk you through what you need. Doesn’t stock a large range of equipment one might need for a fish tank. A good side is that they have lots of decoration for your tank if this is what you’re looking for

These folks are legends. I have been in store once and the person I spoke to was giving me the most courteous and knowledgeable advice about dog food whilst aggressive customers kept trying to interrupt him. I also spoke to a lovely girl on the phone and she seemed keen to help me even though I was ordering online at the same time. Despite this, she stayed on the phone and guided me in also making a further purchase to qualify for faster in-store collection. THANK YOU!!!

great store with a wide selection of products for cats, dogs, smaller animals such as rabbits and hamsters, and fish. the staff are very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. they helped me tremendously with my kitten, who currently has fleas. they are not about making a quick sale, they actually care about the health of your pet and wont sell you products that arent suitable. a really fantastic store, i highly recommend it, the staff are great.

Great staff and stock but my dog has picked up fleas twice from that place. Is it a scam to sell some of the various flea treatments that festoon the shelves behind the counter or are they now selling fleas as small pets to people living in tiny studio flats?

Brilliant amount of stock and parking on site, they had done animals in stock, was disappointed to not find any reptiles. And they had some empty shelves. Not enough to be a bad visit but dropped the star for this. Definitely check out for furry friends.

For a very big shop I was surprised to find they had nothing I needed. I was looking for ferret food, a specific kind of cat toy, and sponges for an aquarium filter and they had none of it. Half the shop is dog stuff and you can get all kinds of different outfits for your dog but the basic necessities for other animals are not there. The staff didn't seem to know much about pets and pet products, but I only talked to one or two people

A great place for getting a hands-on feel for products but there are much cheaper alternatives online. Please also be aware that some dog owners think it is acceptable to allow their dogs to roam the store on a retractable lead. To be fair to the staff, they did speak to the owner of the dog as it was a clear distraction to others

It's a pretty good 'pet superstore' with a fairly good range of products. The main thing that I found lacking was the 'personal touch' that you always tend to lose when you visit these kind of big shops. You just don't get the same level of care and attention that you get with a smaller family run business.

I was very nervous about taking my dog to be groomed. He was in need of a complete shave and can be snappy. The staff done an amazing job!!! They were so friendly and knew their stuff. They have a wide selection of animal products and great service. Sometimes the store can be packed and there’s only one person working on the till which makes the waiting time really long. Other than that, they’re great.

A bit smaller shop than the one in Chingford.i came for some hoppers for my Bearded dragon yesterday and they didn't almost any left alive so I got the only last box with four alive hoppers for free. And that's what I call 5 star customer service. Thanks again

Had a good first visit. I usually order "puppy" pads for my elderly French Bulldog from Amazon, but we ran out when I had an order en route, so I needed to track down some more ASAP. I biked up to Pets at Home on a particularly cold evening because they were open late enough for me to get there after work (+1 star). When I got there, I couldn't find a spot to lock up my bike, but the clerk at the cash register quickly invited me to bring it inside, as it would be safer there anyway (+1). This is definitely rare and appreciated in central London. They had a variety of the pads I needed in different sizes and pad counts (+1), and their prices were reasonable (+1). It was a big enough store that they seemed to have a lot of stock for other types of pets as well, so I'm happy to give it full marks overall.

Awesome! If you like puppy play then Friday evening in Pet's at Home is where you want to be. Alll kinds of weird and wonderful creatures can be found cruising round the store, stocking up on collars, leads and rubber toys to take "home" for their "pets". Oh well each to their own. Adopt a small furry friend here if you're looking for a small pet. One of the most rewarding things I've done is adopt Elvis, our cool and cuddly guinea pig from this shop. They really care about animals here. Although Elvis had a small health problem, this shop paid for all his vet bills! They didn't argue, just inquired about Elvis wellbeing. To make it clear: I did not buy Elvis there. He was available for adoption. They didn't earn any money selling him. It was such a positive experience that I go back regularly to buy pet feed there. Yesterday that led me to adopt another little Guinea pig from there. Like Elvis, he has obviously been treated well in the store & has a sweet personality.

The usual selection of food, treats, toys, accessories, housing, bedding, bowls, books and the occasional animal to buy such as fish and gerbils. Also has a grooming salon at the back. Staff are friendly and helpful and the store is clean and airy.
