I. S.My dog is a pure nightmare (after a bad experience from a past groomer cutting her ears) but they always do such an amazing job with her. I have been to several groomers and they are the only place that can groom her properly.
H. T.Good sized store with adequate parking (never not found a space) on major road links (A20/A205). Well stocked with wide range of pet foods and products for our cat, dog and guinea pigs :)

Convenient to have this reasonably sized local branch. Would definitely come back again.

We asked for some help choosing food for a puppy and the assistant went above and beyond my expectations - we were guided through the choices in a very detailed, really friendly and professional manner. We walked out reassured that we had picked up suitable products at very good prices. Will definitely be back.

Á. J. N.Lovely, helpful people. My only complaint is the lack of complete raw dog food. They keep frozen bones and meat in the freezer section but no complete food (cubes). It's a shame because more and more pet owners switch on to natural diet instead of processed food.
N. L.Went in to buy flea treatment for my dog. I signed up to pay monthly and get the treatment sent to my house each month. Steve was very helpful and explained how the scheme works. I mentioned I was getting a kitten soon and he told be about the great deals if I download the app. Overall very happy with the service I received today.

P. K.Lovely staff, really helpful and kind for sure. Stock is not so huge, comparing to larger pets at homes. Ring them before you go, if you want something not so common items or pets, to avoid going there for nothing.

Usually i go to bigger stores, where there is space but also full shelves.

Lots of food too in stock and free parking around the back for a few cars

However I then tried to purchase a small warm winter coat for her she is xxs and I found a very limited stock of small and large nothing below or above considering the weather at the moment I was saddened by this it made me realise the pouches are having a groom and comming out into the cold surely there is an opertunity to sell more coats at this store than one without a groom room

K.Vicky in the Groom Room is the best dog groomer I've ever used. Her work and attention to detail is amazing and always consistent. She's great with dogs and of a gentle nature with them and a lovely person. My dog loves her and she puts me at ease too. Thank you x

A. M.This is quite a small Pets at Home with correspondingly limited stock. It's parking it located to the rear of the premises, a little walk to the store. Okay for small purchases but if you're looking for a reasonable shop then perhaps go to a larger store.
